"We have a special function in our brains, its called imprinting in your language but to us it is called 'Dakhovin'." He told me and I was starting to get where this was leading to. "Our mind imprints on one person, one that has a mind compatible with our's." "So what you're saying is.." I wrote.
"I've made you my Dakhovin. I did not mean to do something like that on purpose, it happens on its own. Please forgive me, Sam." He said quickly, guilt clear on his face.
"I've a question." I wrote, my expression calm. His grey eyes looked up at me, pleading me. He nodded. "Do you regret that this happened?" I wrote. I needed to know. I needed to know if he wanted me. His eyes widened and he kept quiet for a while.
"I don't regret this, I feel strongly for you."
I squealed like some fan but it sounded like I was whistling and I ended up coughing till I died. Just kidding. I just coughed like all hell broke loose, If that makes sense. Ethon rushed to my side and patted my back. He then gave me water and I drank it.
When I finally calmed down, I grabbed Ethon's shirt and pulled him down, locking our lips together. The feeling of his lips on mine was intoxicating. I was in love with it the second our lips connected. I wasn't sure if it was an alien thing or what but I decided I wanted to feel that more often. I moaned into the kiss, Ethon's lips were soft and light as if he was afraid to put some pressure on mine. I pulled them closer nonetheless.
Have I ever told anyone that people have shit timings?
Morik walked into the room with my mother and sister in tow. My sister's loud squealing broke us apart. We both were breathing heavily. Ethon's light brown strands were sticking out in different directions as I had been running my fingers through them and pulled on them. "Akalee! I'm so happy! Finally, I knew you both belonged together." My sister said, hugging us both. I blinked a few times, taking in Morik's face. It looked like he was annoyed but under that whole mask, I could see a ghost of a smile which made me smirk a little.
"Sam's mother is here to meet h-her?" Ethon asked his father, nervously. His face was beet red. I smiled, Ethon was behaving human. He felt so many different emotions. He's so different from when we first met.
"Yes she is, but it seems we should have came later." Morik said, smirking slightly.
I sighed. This was going to be a very long day.
