Chapter 11. Dusk

(Name) felt herself start to hyperventilate as her body was shaking and her mouth turned dry. She felt a cough start to build up in her throat from internal panic and she slapped her hand over it, trying to keep quiet.

She ducked further into the bush when the Nurse finally passed her and she almost let out a relief when the present killers soon disappeared to probably a trial. (Name) waited a bit until it was quiet and she finally shuffled a bit.

She was about to bolt out of there when her ears perked hearing some more noises coming from the distance. The girl listened closely and her heart sank when it was them coming closer and closer to the fireplace. With another silent rustle, she dove back into the bush and peered through the leaves with her (e/c) eyes.

A slam of a body landed in by the fireplace as Frank let out a shout of pain. Before he could recover, Pyramid Head grabbed him and he began to choke the living hell out of him. After they had found out that Frank punched the shit out (Name), some of the killers still haven't recovered from it.

No.

All of them didn't recover.

Some didn't act violently anymore but the aura around them was still malicious and foul, and Frank could practically feel it. They just didn't think that pounding Frank to oblivion was worth it anymore since the Entity will just heal him.

"That's enough." Evan stepped in and placed a comforting hand on Pyramid Head's arm, "I think Frank is aware of the error he made. Let it go now."

Frank nodded furiously, showing the cowardly side of him as Pyramid Head continued to stare at him. Finally, Pyramid Head set Frank down, not before slicing his great knife into his abdomen causing Frank to choke up blood once more. With that, the Executioner turned and disappeared with some of the killers.

Evan sighed with relief at the disperse finally dying down. They were by the barrier for quite a while, hoping to hear (Name) or any news of her. There was no noise nor movement heard from the masked girl and the killers decided to call it quits for now.

"You alright?" Herman asked Evan who held his head.

"Yeah." Evan replied, "I just miss her."

Herman had a bitter feeling in his chest from those intimate words from his companion and he quickly thought of something to change the situation. He quickly spotted Kazan walking by, and he deadpanned at the knocked out bodies of Danny and Ji-Woon. The two were making fun of the way each of the killers got humiliated by the girl and Kazan had enough and knocked them out to bonkers.

The sight made a certain trespasser in the bush gasp and choke back her scream at the sight of the samurai beating two men unconscious.
