Summary:

Do you ever get that feeling that you're being watched? Because it'll never stop.

(Name) panted as her hot breath fanned itself from under her mask. Her legs were burning and she felt as if her heart was about to tear itself out of her chest. The lingering sensation of the Executioner’s attack continued to burn in her veins as she ran blindly into the fog.

She knew she was out of the trial already but there was a voice in her head that told her to never stop running.

Never stop.

Until it would all end.

But it'll never end.

Her eyes lit up once the faint orange glow of the fireplace bloomed upon her vision and she finally stopped in her path. (Name) gasped for air and she felt her legs collapse, as she heard her fellow teammates also land on the ground with exhaustion.

“Woah there! What happened to you all?!” Ace’s voice was heard, “you’re all so filthy! What in the hell’s bells happened out there?!”

“The Executioner happened.” Cheryll mumbled underneath her breath, as all of their wounds began to regenerate from the Entity’s powers.

“(Name) did him really good.” Feng didn’t seem bothered that she was dirty, more that she was glad she wasn’t sacrificed in another trial, “I’ve never seen that monster act so stupid before. It was amazing.”

“I only got him stuck in mud.” (Name) grumbled, “Besides, I’m probably on his hate list along with the Oni and the Shape now. T-there’s mud in my hair and in my mask. I can't see v-very well right now.”

“Heh, hate list. Nice sense of humour you got there, (Name).” Kate snickered from the fireplace, and (Name) frowned since none of them were taking it seriously.

“If your mask is so dirty, you should just take it off!” Nea shrieked exaggeratedly in the distance.

Cheryll rolled her eyes at how insensitive Nea was about (Name)’s personal space and she beckoned her to follow. Feng spat out some dirt while Leon trudged happily behind the ladies as Cheryll guided them to a shack that was in the distance.

“What’s this?” (Name) asked curiously, for she never saw this shack before.

“It’s the survivors' shack.” Leon explained, “as much as the Entity is ruthless against us, this is their way of showing mercy. You can find medical kits, flashlights, and toolboxes to help you in trials. Though, they sometimes won’t appear if the thing upstairs is throwing a tantrum.”

“What’s also great about it is that the Entity gives us new clothes to change!” Feng beamed, “it’s hard to mention but the outfits are pretty cute! Let’s see what’s in store for us today!”

The door of the wooden shack opened and the four poked in. It was dark inside and didn’t seem like it would offer much warmth, but (Name) could make out some clothing that was littered across the hay.

Leon went out to change into a sweater, while the girls did their business. (Name) picked up a (f/c) sweater that was in the back along with some black leggings, and her eyes lit up when there was a clean pink mask that was meant to replace her dirty one.
