Chapter 15: warmth

Summary:

They're not bad...

But how long will it be until they snap?

Cone head, you're hugging her too tight."

"She's gonna die for fucks sake."

"Jeez, for a beefy monster fuck, you sure are squeezing the life out of her."

Danny awed as he laid on his side, watching Pyramid Head hug the life out of (Name). She had woken up from her nap and that's when Pyramid Head decided it was a good time for a hugging session. Of course, he kicked Danny out of his lap since he hated that mindless little twat.

Though, because of his inexperience and strength, he's now hugging (Name) really tightly - to the point where she can't move or breathe soon.

"You're killing her!" Danny lost his mind and he threw his precious camera at Pyramid Head, the device hitting the monster's cone.

A metal sound was heard and the camera simply bounced off from Pyramid Head's cone, before it skidded across the floor. Pyramid Head didn't even care until he noticed that (Name) was strangely silent.

Turning to stare at her, he noted how pale and lifeless she was turning and he slowly let go of his hold on her.

The moment he let go, (Name) choked and she coughed out, sprawling on the ground and trying to get her breath back. Danny kneeled down next to her and patted her back, before eyeing a disappointed look at the Executioner.

"See? She's going to be dead meat if your beefy arms keep hugging her." Danny teased at the angry Pyramid Head, before he began to brag, "of course, when I hugged her, she was fine and healthy. She didn't look like she was about to faint and lose her breath."

"Not to mention, she fits better in my arms and-"

Danny was cut off when the door slammed opened and another figure crashed into the Ghostface, sending him to the side. (Name) blinked and she gasped when another pair of arms wrapped around her, as Bubba squealed happily and nuzzled his cheek against hers affectionately.

"Bubba! It's you! I missed you too!" (Name) laughed happily, her demeanour changing right away, "I'm sorry I disappeared for so long! I'm glad you're okay!"

Bubba made some happy noises and he lifted her up in the air, making sure that his arms weren't hurting her. He made sure to support her bottom so (Name) wouldn't fall, as she laughed and rested her hands on his shoulders.

All the while, Pyramid Head watched the interaction with intense jealousy. His hands tightened with anger as he watched (Name)'s face contort with happiness and delight, a contrast to when she was held in his arms. Danny recovered from his collision and he slowly got up, a bitter feeling looming in his chest as he rubbed the back of his head where he collided.

"When did those two get so close?" Danny muttered to himself.

The happy reunion between (Name) and Bubba ended when the door finally opened once more, and several heavy footsteps came into the room. The air immediately turned cold, as (Name)'s laughter stopped when she noticed the newcomers in the area.

Bubba set her down and she hesitantly looked at the killers whom she retaliated and humiliated - not on purpose, eyeing the female who had finally awakened.

"Um..." (Name) stammered, slowly stepping back until her body was sort of hidden behind Bubba.

Bubba didn't seem to understand her situation so he thought she was just being shy. He eagerly took her hand and pushed her forwards, as if he was presenting some sort of prize to Evan and the others. (Name) didn't even have time to react from his actions, the only thing she could do was close her eyes and pray that they'll give her a quick death.
