Recap:
Chat waited in his and ladybug's spot for two hours before she arrived. They talked about his crush and she didn't really help him all that much. She did find out that Chat Noir was the one giving her the gifts. She promised not to tell Marinette aka herself. There was a flashback to the day he found out he liked her. She was defending him as Chat Noir and he never felt more inlove.

Adrien Pov:
(Probably gonna be his pov for most of the book)
I arrived home after the talk with Ladybug and it made me feel a bit better than before.
"Hey Plagg.. Why did I think I liked ladybug?" I asked him.
"Kid. Bug girl already explained it. You thought you liked her but it was admiration." He explained.
"Why would I try to push myself away from Marinette then?" I asked him again.
"Kid, I'm not here to listen to you being lovesick. Go ask that Princess of yours." He rolled his eyes flying to his cheese cupboard.
"You're right Plagg!" I said to him.
"PLAGG! CLAWS OUT!" I summoned my transformation again.
"Wait!! I didn't mean nooowwwww.." He tried yelling before being sucked into my ring.
After his transformation dance
I jumped up to my window where I used my baton to jump from building to building until I arrived at the front of the Dupain-Cheng bakery.
My heart gave a flutter before jumping up to Marinette's balcony.
After knocking on her trapdoor three times I hid behind the building's chimney.
"Hello?" A soft voice spoke.
"Chat. You can come out now. You're the only one that would knock on my balcony." She said with a smile.
I jumped from behind the chimney rubbing the back of my neck.
"Hi Princess.." I laughed awkwardly.
"You've been giving me gifts. Haven't you?" She asked with suspicion.
"What? Me? Pft!" I said sweating.
"Chat. No one else calls me princess except from you and my gift giver so your the same person." She said calmly.
"Shoot.. I forgot about that." I laughed as I looked away awkward.
"Anyway. Come on in. I knew you would eventually come so I made you an outfit so you don't have to stay transformed." She smiled.
"What? An outfit?" I asked confused entering her room.
"Just go to the bathroom and put these on. There's a mask there as well." She confirmed for me.
"Thanks Princess." I gave her a s smile before heading to her bathroom.
"You sure this is a good idea kid?" Plagg said as he left my ring.
"I trust Marinette. She won't look." I said confidently.
"Alright Kid. If you say so. I'm not hiding though." He said crossing his small arms.
"No worries Plagg. Just sit on my head. I'm sure she'll love to see you." I gave him permission as he flew to my head and sat down.
"Chat? Are you ready?" Marinette asked.
"I'll be out in a second Princess. I'm just putting the mask on!" I yelled out to her.
I walked out trying to keep the mask still on my face.
"I should've added a Velcro strap! I knew it!" She said angry at herself.
"No! No! It's fine. I'm just hot and it's sliding down my nose!" I said trying to assure her that it wasn't her fault.
We walked to her chaise where we started talking.
"Where's your Kwamii?" She asked me.
"How do you know what a Kwamii is?" I asked her confused.
"I was multi-mouse remember?" She laughed.
"I wanna hold himmm." She moaned at me with puppy eyes.
"Fine." I rolled my eyes playfully.
"Yay!!" She cheered.
"Hello! I'm Plagg. We've met before." Plagg gave her a smile.
"Awe! You're so cute!" She said happily.
"I-. Uhm. Thank you?" He stuttered.
"Kid. If this girl isn't your girlfriend by the end of the month I will literally cataclysm you." He said with a serious face.
My face went red. Marinette didn't seem too fazed, as if she wasn't listening.
'Oh god. What do I do? Did Marinette hear him? Does she think it's weird. Does she think I'm weird!?' I started panicking in my thoughts.
"Chat Noir!" I heard a voice outside my train of thoughts.
"Chat.. Are you okay? If it's about you sending me the gifts and me thinking you're a stalker than I really don't mind. Please nothing too expensive though..." she laughed to herself.
"Yea.. sorry Princess. I've just been distracted lately.." I looked at her window.
"It's getting late Chat. You should go." She smiled at might.
"Your right. Plagg! Claws out!" I called my transformation.
"I bid you adieu." I gave the back of her hand a kiss before jumping out of the window.
'Why did I do that? Why did I do that!?' I panicked to myself.
'Oh she's gonna not want me to come back.. I DIDN'T GIVE THE CLOTHES BACK!' I remembered.
I decided I would give them back the next time I visited. For now I decided to go home and go to bed earlier than usual.
"Claws in.." I whispered quietly making sure not to awake anyone.
Plagg flew straight to the cupboard before talking to me.
"The girl is nice. No wonder you like her." He said to me.
"How do you feel about visiting her often?" I asked him.
"As long as I get to be out with that stupid mask on your face then I'm okay with it." He laughed remembering what I looked like.
"Goodnight kid." He sighed resting on my other pillow.
"Goodnight Plagg." I said resting my head on the other.
Little would I know that he'd wake up later to slip the mask into my bag.
