Pre-Ladybug's meetup

Recap:

A few days before Marinette gets her first gifts. Adrien is thinking in the shower when he realises he likes Marinette. He makes a plan on getting Marinette to like him back which goes a bit too far with him adding Marriage but crossing it out. He thinks about asking Ladybug for advice though he gets nervous as he found it easy to confess to her but he can't for Marinette. He decided that he will try in a few days.

These few days will be today!!

Adrien pov:

I woke up the next day to the same feeling. The same butterflies fluttering around my stomach after yet another dream of me and Marinette being together.

The dreams keep getting extreme. It first started out with just hugging but then it went to the confession and so on. I think it's time I ask ladybug for help.

I do hope she doesn't mind me asking her. I think she may be happy I've moved on from her! I'll give her a call after school to meet me at the Eiffel Tower!

I head to my bathroom where I take a quick shower, brush my teeth and comb my hair. I decided to keep it a bit messier than usual. I changed into a more fancy look with a black button-up and some dark grey trousers.

Seeming fit to leave I grabbed my bag and walked downstairs to be greeted by Nathalie.

"Who are you looking special for lover boy?" She teased.

"I- no one!" I stuttered before heading into the dining room for breakfast.

"I know that look Adrien. You like blue hair girl. The bakers daughter." She said calmly.

I stared at her wide eyed.

"I- How?" I ask her confused.

"You look at her, how I wished Gabriel looked at me." She said sadly.

"I'm sorry my father doesn't love you. I don't think he's over from my mother passing." I reply.

"He's far from over it." She whispered under he breath.

"I've got to eat my breakfast now and go to school. See you later Nathalie!" I wave her goodbye and walk outside to the jet black car.

I knew Nathalie had liked my father for a while. I mean, the way she looked at him and how she would do almost anything for him was enough to prove myself right.

I arrived at school and thanked Gorilla. I walked up the steps to be greeted by my friends Nino, Alya and my favourite Marinette.

Who wouldn't like her? Just throw Chloe out of the frame and everyone likes her!

"Good morning Marinette." I said to her specifically.

"Ah! Uhm.. Morning adrien good! I MEAN GOOD MORNING ADRIEN!" Her cheeks flushed a bright red before walking away with Alya laughing by her side.

"You know dude. She's been acting off for these past few months." Nino said hinging something.

"She seems to be thinking about someone important." I say observably.

"Maybe someone we know." Nino popped out.

We both looked at eachother and shrugged. We walked into the school, headed up the green metal stairs and walked into the classroom to sit down at the bench like desks.

"Good morning my students!! Marinette. You've again received another gift. I have, however, found out whom this mystery person is and they would like to go anonymous. However they did leave a note for you." Mrs Bustier greeted us all and asked Marinette to come forward.
