"Attention Lennox staff and students, we have a new student attending our school today. So let's give him a warm welcome. His name is Andrew Carter, so let's show him our Oriole hospitality." The principle declared over the intercom, catching all the attention of the people in the building, including myself.

"Andrew...? He's the new kid?" I heard one female beside me murmur to another beside her.

"I hear that he's quite the hunk!" Said another girl.

Rolling my eyes as I heard the gossip in the classroom start to form, I did my best to try and ignore the constant chatter. It was typical of the students here to start rumors over someone that just came to this school. It didn't make much sense to me why people had to judge someone they never met. It was disgusting to me.

Hearing the sound of a door opening snapped me out of my thoughts, lifting my head up to see a tall and muscular male stand in front of the class, his hair short and dark and eyes that instantly had me captivated. Wow, I thought.

"Class, this is Andrew Carter. He will be attending our class from now on. Make sure everyone helps him feel welcome." the teacher spoke, watching as the classroom suddenly grew loud.

"Wow... He's hot!" One girl announced to another.

"Got that right! He's mine!" the other replied, causing me to roll my eyes.

Already, the girls in my class were drooling over this guy. Pathetic... Then again, so was I. I couldn't look away, he was so handsome. Shaking my head to rid the thoughts, I turned to my book in the hopes of distracting me from staring. I heard footsteps heading this way, and from the corner of my eye, I noticed him sitting in the desk beside me now. I cursed under my breath. So much for that plan.

Turning my head slightly, I noticed that he was staring at me, causing my face to heat up instantly. What really surprised me was his eyes... They held not emotion in them. No nervousness, no anger, no happiness. Nothing. It was as if this guy had no feeling at all. It didn't really make sense.

"What are you looking at?" his voice startled me and snapped me from my thoughts, glaring at me.

"N-Nothing..." I stuttered, but instantly regretting it after hearing him snort and I could sense that he rolled his eyes.

"Women..."

I suddenly felt a strong sense of fury. What was with this guy? Trying to keep my cool, I gathered my things and walked towards the teacher to ask for permission to leave. My request was granted, and as I turned to the door, I noticed him smirk and shake his head at me. I glared at him, then reached for the door knob and left, realizing that this was going to be a loooong day.
