Release

Something so needed and wanted

And can be quite a feat

But oh such a treat

When one has truly found the way

With all of life's intricacies 

To have a sweet release

Value and self worth increased

But pain and suffering

Greatly decreased

And to last for more

Than a little while

And to not compile

More on top of this

No more clenched fists

But rather open hands

As their raised to the sky

Over nice lands

And with a smile in tow

Ready to further grow

Reaching for more light

And have abandoned the darkness

Met with personal satisfaction

And much success

To stand strong

And live proudly on both feet

Instead on the knees

With the primary goal and aim

Is to suffer no more loss

But rather constant gain

Feeling relief

And escaping to see

Just how far this life

Can take you 

And greet it openly

With both arms your real destiny

That has been waiting for you

But you just had to release first

And no longer thirst

For what is better for you

And no longer choose

The polar opposite 

No matter what you do

Yet chose the right over wrong

And do so endlessly

Even if you have to go at it 

And life alone

Consistently

Rising and climbing to the top

Not prepared to stop

Until the peak is reached

As you look out from there

Along with what was crossed

And breached

So take a deep breath

From up there

And just release

And you will find

That nothing can compare

To the new breath of fresh air

You will receive

If you just cleave

To what is really meant for you

And take care of it 

From a place and stance

Of much appreciation

No hesitation or stagnation

With no indication

Of letting go 

As this is your life now

So never return or rewind

But rather find the sublime

And not throw away 

The place that has become

A new home

So dwell and stay

Here and not gone

No matter what 

And don't think or say

Otherwise

For you must believe

With everything you got

So be a runaway vehicle

That refuses to stop

And become a wonder

That will never cease

As this is something

So needed and wanted

And can be quite a feat
