Chapter Three

Seth stood up, holding his arm and glaring at Zane, "Team, don't give up! We can still do this!" Seth shouted, rallying his team together. Selene got ticked off, "You stupid son of a bitch." she said. "Such a foul mouth!" Kimberly scolded when she heard her daughter curse. Selene morphed back and grabbed her blaster and started to fire at Zane constantly while Seth can get around to him. Seth sprinted full force as he morphed back, "You bastard!" he shouted as he landed a blow to Zane's jaw. Zane kicked Seth, sending Seth flying back, but Seth caught himself on the pavement and looked up at Zane. He stood up and took on the same fighting stance Jason used, the only fighting stance Seth ever used. Zane charged Seth as he dodged Selene's fire power and Seth kicked Zane, causing him to fly back into a tree.

Tristan and Gemini were giving the monster a tough time while Josh single-handedly decimated the putties, unmorphed. He morphed back and joined Tristan and Gemini against the monster. Tristan dealt the killing blow to the monster and Zane growled as Selene and Seth took him down, "This isn't over, Power Rangers!" Zane snapped and teleported away. Seth turned to his team as he demorphed, "Good work, guys!" he said."We kicked his a......" Selene got cut off by someone clearing their throat "Watch your mouth, young lady!" Kim said sternly. Seth was completely surprised, then he looked behind Kim at his father and mother, "Mom? Dad? What are you guys doing here?" he asked. "Well, we thought you guys were in danger, but obviously not." Jason said with his arms crossed. Tommy stood by Jason in the same position as Jason was in but didn't say anything.

Tristan and Seth looked at each other, "You're mad because we didn't tell you, aren't you Dad?" Seth asked as Tristan looked at Tommy, "Sorry, Dad." Tristan said. "No, we aren't mad at you boys, we just wish we knew, that way we would've felt a little better about your's safety." Tommy said "Should we tell them?" he asked Jason as Jason nodded, "16 years ago, we were the power rangers, doing your job." Jason said.

"Really? So wait, the picture Lavender found in the attic with all of your Angle Grove High memorbillia, the one of you, Mom, and your friends? You were all Rangers back then?" Seth asked in surprise. "Yes we were all rangers back then." Jason said.

Seth looked at his friends, "That must be why he chose us." Seth told Tristan who nodded in agreement, "Who?" Athena asked and Tristan looked at Tommy, "Dad, when Uncle Tyler died, did you see his body? Any proof he didn't survive?" Tristan suddenly asked and June looked at her husband, "No, we just assumed he turned into ash because there was a lot of fire. Why do you ask?" Tommy said.

Tristan looked at Seth who nodded, then he looked at Tommy, "Uncle Ty didn't die, Dad." he said softly and June gasped in shock, "What do you mean?" Tommy said. Kimberly looked at Tristan, "Don't say stuff like that Tristan, it's not funny." she said as tears escaped her eyes.

"It's the truth, Uncle Tommy." Seth chimed in, "Tyler is the one who chose us as the next Power Rangers. He only survived the fire because Tarrick found him and saved him. He's in bad shape though, burned and scarred up, but he's alive. He's been rebuilding the Command Center with the latest Tech." Seth addded. Tristan nodded, "He's at the Command Center right now with Alpha 5 and Tarrick." he explained.

"Take us there." Tommy said. Seth nodded and the kids teleported their parents to the Command Center. Once they arrived, Tristan looked around, "Uncle Ty!" he called out. Tyler stepped from the back room, wearing a grey shirt with black jeans, "Glad to see you are all okay, Rangers." he said and stopped when he saw his old team, "Tommy, everyone." he said and his brown eyes landed on Kimberly, "Kim." he said, his voice gentle as he said her name, "I certainly had a better runion planned, but that doesn't matter. It's been too long." he said. Kimberly looked at him and walked up, giving him a hug. "Tyler." Tommy said.

Tyler wrapped his arms around her tightly, "I missed you, Kim." he said softly and pulled away, looking at his brother and friends, "I missed all of you. I'm sorry I didn't come back." he said softly. Athena walked over and hugged Tyler tightly and June joined in, "But why not?"June asked. Tyler pulled away from the other two girls and looked at the Tommy, "It's great to see you, Tommy." he said and sighed, "To be honest, I thought I was going to die." he admitted. He looked at Alpha, "Alpha, turn on the light." he commanded and Alpha turned the lights on.

Everyone could now see his scars and burns clearly, "I didn't want to come back and put any of you through that, especially you two, Tommy and Kim. I was convinced I would slowly suffer and die, so I wanted you all to think I was already dead. When I realized I would live, it had been a long time since the explosion, so I stayed away. I'm sorry, Tommy. I'm sorry, Kim." he said softly as he looked at them. "I guess it's fine but your going to make it up to me." Tommy said grinning. Kim walked away and had her back turned to everyone as she had tears falling from her face.

Tyler grinned, "Whatever it takes, Tommy." he said as he hugged his brother. He pulled away and made his way to Kimberly's side, "Kim," he said softly as he placed his hand on her shoulder. "I have something to tell everyone." She said sadly as she turned around and faced everyone, "I found out I was pregnant shortly after you died Tyler." Kimberly said. "Wait mom, that means he's my father." Selene said shocked. Tyler blinked, "My daughter?" he asked as he looked at Selene, "Yes." Kim said softly.
