Chapter 55

It was nighttime, the moon was shining over the Rajput mansion which was decorated beautifully with flowers and curtains and was lit by fairy lights. Inside the mansion, People were talking and some were busy with the giving work. Sameer was sitting with the priest and Karan was also sitting but with another priest. They smiled to see each other. They were waiting for their brides. The brides were brought there and the groom turned their faces. They looked at the brides and were lost. The brides were brought to them and were made to sit there. They looked at each other and smiled. Muskan felt shy and Sameer smiled.

The rituals were going on.

Lady: Mujhe to yeh smajh nahi araha ke itna jhamela karne ki kya zarorat thi. Sameer ki dusri shadi hai yeh. Shanti se kar lete.

Muskan and Sameer looked at her. Sameer got hurt and Muskan looked at him.

Lady 2: Dusri se bhi dusri shadi hai.

They laughed. Muskan got angry and Sameer looked down. Muskan looked at him and she kept her hand on Sameer's hand who looked at the hands then he looked at Muskan who shook her head and signed smile. Sameer smiled.

The priest asked Muskan and Sameer to get up and exchange the garland so, Sameer and Muskan got up and they exchange the garlands. Everyone clapped. They sat. Karan and Priya also exchanged the garlands.

Chachu already told the priest that Muskan's parents are not in this world so when he calls him for rituals Muskan will not get hurt.

Chachu doesn't want Muskan to get hurt to think that her parents are not in this world but he doesn't know that this feeling is with her for that day when rituals started. He was trying his best to make everything special for Muskan but no one can fill this void.

The priest did as Chacha said and Chachu nodded. Muskan got hurt. Sameer looked at Muskan who was looking at Chachu who was coming to them. Muskan's eyes were teary. Muskan looked down and Sameer kept his hand on Muskan's hand who looked at the hand and then she looked at him. Sameer squeezed her hand and nodded. Mukan smiled slightly. Chachu did the ritual and Muskan looked at him emotionally then they did as the priest said.

Muskan and Sameer got up and starts taking rounds then they sat. On the other side, Karan and Priya were also taking rounds.

Sameer took the pinch of sindoor and Ambika took away the headpiece. Sameer applied sindoor in Muskan's hairline. Muskan closed her eyes and then she looked at Sameer with teary eyes. Sameer smiled to see Muskan then he took the mangalsutra and tied it around Muskan's neck. A tear fell from Muskan's eyes on Sameer's hand. Sameer looked at his hand then he looked at Muskan who smiled with teary eyes. These were tears of happiness. The priest declared them husband and wife. They smiled. Karan also applied sindoor in Priya's hairline. Priya also got emotional then he tied the mangalsutra.

Sameer and Muskan took blessings from elders. Chachu got emotional and he wiped his tears. Muskan smiled with teary eyes. Chachu kept his hand on Muskan's head and then he hugged her and then he captured Sameer also in a hug. Ambika kissed Muskan's forehead and hugged Muskan and Sameer. They saw Karan and Priya are also taking blessings from elders. Karan and Priya came to them.

Sameer: congratulations.

They smiled.

Karan: Congratulations to you two also.

Karan and Sameer hugged. Muskan and Priya hugged each other then Karan and Muskan hugged and congratulates each other. Sameer was smiling.

They were sitting on the couch and people were coming to them to congratulate them. Sameer got up every time to meet them but Muskan was sitting. The same thing was with Priya and Karan.
