Liv's point of view

I felt the sun before I turned and opened my eyes, I was in Jason's bed that much I knew, I looked over and he wasn't there, we had spent the night in the beautiful house. I remembered last night, his touch, his body, the way he kissed me, I had almost broken down his walls when suddenly he put them back up. I knew I could break them down, I just needed to figure out his weakness, I needed to be stronger than he was, which was going to be difficult, I knew that. I got out of bed and saw his shirt laying on the floor, I giggled at the thought of us throwing clothes all over the floor. I picked it up and slipped it on, walking downstairs, the smell of freshly brewed coffee hit me. I walked around to the kitchen and didn't see him, that's strange, the coffee was still hot and I poured a cup, I love having fresh coffee every day, so spoilt, I wonder where he went. I opened the balcony door and walked outside, and saw Jason walking down the road, he had a couple bags in his arms, as he walked through the door he smiled, "Good morning sleepy head", "Hey, where did you go?" I smiled, he put the bags on the counter and started unpacking them, "Breakfast!!".

There was fruit, ciabatta, olives, hummus, juice and almond milk. It all looked amazing, "Wow, you trying to feed an army?" I asked, his ice blue eyes looked into mine and he looked happy, calmer and less guarded, "Can we go somewhere today?" he frowned "Of course, where did you want to go?". I was quiet for a few minutes helping him with the breakfast, "Liv?", I looked up "Well, I need a date for a show, I am going to be walking the runway for a friend, so I would like some support", he looked confused, "Walking?", I nodded, "Yes, I have to wear one of the dresses because the one model is ill and can't make it". He smiled, "Well of course I will be your date! Why would you be so scared to ask me?". I shook my head quickly, I wasn't sure how to tell him what kind of show it was!

Charley's point of view

I was ready for dinner, I decided on a dark red dress, it was a long flowing halter neck, with a white gold necklace. I decided to leave my hair down. I felt ready, I needed to get to the bottom of everything, I wanted to work things out, but more than anything I wanted the truth. I walked into the living room and he was sitting waiting on the sofa, wearing a black suit, with a white shirt, and a dark red rose in his pocket his signature sign, his hair was spiky and he gave me his crooked smile, my heart leaped into my throat. "You look sort of beautiful" I said, he laughed and stood up, walking towards me, "Well you look sort of beautiful yourself!" I felt myself flush, and smiled, "Thanks".

He took my hand and with his other hand he lifted my chin and kissed me, softly, I felt myself tremble in his hands, but I took a deep breath and pulled away, "We better go". He held on to my hand and I turned to look at him, "I promise I will make this right.", I nodded, "I know, we better go."

We made our way down to the restaurant, on the way we got stopped by 6 girls wanting his autograph, he was always so gracious, he didn't take photos with them but signed their t-shirts. We walked in and the manager came up to greet us, we were escorted to our table, it was a massive hall with a dance floor, we were seated in a quiet corner that looked out over the whole restaurant. It was still fairly quiet because most people would only arrive at 9pm.

We ordered a bottle of wine and I felt I needed it, he looked at me and I felt a flutter in my stomach, he looked too serious. "Charley, look I know we need to talk, there's so much to say I don't know where to start." I gave him a half smile, "How about at the beginning?". He smiled, I loved that crooked smile, "Yes, the beginning. Okay, well, that's a good idea." I realised I was shaking, did I really need to hear this? Yes, yes I did. The background music played softly in the restaurant, I realised I recognised the song, I knew the lyrics and thought how appropriate for this situation.
