Chapter 33

Meredith Grey

I can't believe Derek actually took away sex from me. He hasn't even given into it at all. Christmas is in a few days though so I am just counting down the days. He told me that he has to go get my present today so he left with his parents and I'm at home bored out of my mind.

I sigh and roll off my bed falling to the ground. I groan before I stand up and walk downstairs. I hear lots of heavy breathing and gross noises. My mom and Richard and literally making out on the couch. I guess this is how everyone feels when Derek and I do it but that isn't going to stop me from it.

I walk over to the couch and stand in front of them waiting for them to stop, they basically jump apart. I tell Richard to scoot over and I sit in between them. I grab the remote and kick my feet up looking for something to watch. "Meredith" my mom groans.

"Yes?" I ask sweetly still staring at the tv screen.

"What are you doing?" she asks annoyed.

"Spending time with my mom and Richard" I say putting on the Santa Clause.

"Okay, but why?" she asks.

"What's up with al these questions?" I frown.

"Well you don't like spending time with us and I
don't want you to spend time with us today" she says playing with my hair gently.

"That's mean" I pout.

"Can't you go hang out with Derek or something?" she asks.

"Nope" I say.

"Why not?" she asks.

"He is gone getting my christmas presents" I say.

"Don't you have other friends?" she asks.

"Yeah" I nod.

"Go hang out with them" she says.

"I can't" I say.

"Why not" she groans.

"They all claim to be busy, so today I have nobody" I say.

"How long has Derek been gone?" she asks.

"hour and a half" I shrug.

"Is he with his parents?" she asks.

"Yeah" I say.

"Okay" she nods pulling out her phone.

"Carolyn" my mom says softly.

"Yes she is" she chuckles into the phone.

"Oh, Derek you did not!" she gasps.

"That's why-" she says.

"you're finishing up?" she asks.

"Okay bye" she says.

"You talked to Derek?" I ask.

"I did" she nods.

"What did he say?" I ask.

"He told me what he got you for christmas" she says and I groan.

"Is he coming back?" I ask.

"Soon they were just finishing up" she says.

I slump down with a groan. "Just call him you big idiot" she rolls her eyes and I smile grabbing my phone and calling him.

"Hello my love"

"Derek guess what"

"What?"

"I'm pregnant" I say and my mom looks at me in shock and so does Richard.

"Don't joke about that baby"

"I'm sorry, I just want you to come back"

"I'm on my way right now"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes Meredith I'm sure"

"Derek"

"What now?"

"I'm really bored and I miss you and my mom doesn't love me anymore" I say.

"Meredith what the hell" he chuckles.

"I didn't say I didn't love you" my mom frowns and I giggle.

"I'm hanging up now but I love you" I say.

"like you too"

"Derek"

"Meredith"

"I love you"

"Like you too"

"Derek!" I exclaim.

"I'm just messing with you, I love you"

"Bye now asshole" I say hanging up on him.

A few minutes later there is a knock on the door. I get off the couch and go answer it and Derek is there. "It's rude to call me an asshole" he says and I smile jumping into his arms.

"You took forever" I groan.

"You can't even go a full two hours without me" he chuckles.

"I just love you so so much" I grin.

"I love you too" he chuckles kissing my lips softly.

Finally the asshole finally arrives after a life time.
