I couldn't stop trembling, I knew Vincent was seeing me in this pathetic weakened state but at that moment I didn't care, my back was exposed the flesh was stripped away for reasons unknown to me. I was fully awake when he did it, he took a sort of sick pleasure in slowly cutting it away. He told me I deserved it, I felt the blood seeping from my back with every movement. The doctor they hired to replace me was cruel and had no sympathy for me or the other patients yet he somehow looked like how I remember seeing my father: Marcus Vincent Wyvern, he seemed similar to him in far too many ways, he always made sure he was assigned to me or Vincent. I watched as Vincent was taken away for the "treatment" he had given up on fighting the doctor. I silently walked down the hallway keeping pace with the doctor I'd been assigned to. "Vincent, do you remember how your parents died?" I remained silent and shook my head "I've been watching security footage of you, you told Isaac they were murdered. Which proves that you lied when you said you don't remember. I don't appreciate being lied to, but in truth who does? The last person who lied to me, well let's just say things didn't end well for him." He opened the door, I immediately noticed where we were. The morgue, and on the table laid Lucian: the flesh from his shoulders down to his mid-torso had been stripped away. This was the opposite of Wyvern. Lucian was awake and struggling against his restraints. "Isaac has probably realized this far sooner than you could've, and I knew there was a reason he seemed familiar. You see Vincent this "doctor" is our father, the same one I had attempted many times to kill. And as you can see it didn't go as planned." Lucian had passed out due to blood loss after telling me that. The first time I had met Lucian I wouldn't have ever expected him to warn me of the dangers that he had. This man and that demon are most likely connected somehow, why else would both of them want us dead, especially me? The room was cold, I noticed something wrapped around Lucian's chest: the barbed wire was wrapped tightly around his chest which increased his bleeding. I remembered seeing wyvern wrapping something around his arm very tightly. I needed to get away from him. If he was here then surely that thing was as well, I knew I had to leave Lucian I couldn't carry him, not in my current state. I started running towards the door. "You're not going anywhere, Norwood." I screamed as he charged me with a bone saw. He charged me again only grazing my arm this time. He was fast and I couldn't quite predict his attacks apart from the charging. I was too lost in thought to realize he caught me, he held my wrist tight as he picked up a scalpel. I noticed I was still being restrained but not by him, as I looked to my right I saw that thing pinning my arm down. I watched as it drove its claw into my other hand, I screamed and pled for it to stop. "You have no control over it. There's only one person who can give it orders. You see, Vincent. As Lucian told you I should be dead considering what he did to me. I've been carved up, burned, drowned, torn apart, beaten to death, hanged, shot, I could go on. So please enlighten me regarding why I'm still alive." I was losing consciousness due to blood loss, and I was going into shock due to the pain. I was desperately struggling to stay awake. I finally fell unconscious into another nightmare. I was back in that room and my hands were still bleeding. Vincent finally woke up, although he was panicked. I woke up to the sound of Vincent screaming, he was being held down by the demon, I looked around only to find my hands nailed to the wall and a chain around my neck. I forced myself to look at my chest: the flesh was gone, it had already formed a puddle of blood on the floor. I was cold, I struggled against the nails. I screamed as I ripped my left hand free and did the same to my right hand. I tried to move my hand until I saw the mid-length chain on my wrist. Even with all the pain my hands were in I knew that would be too easy. He knew I would try to escape, so he prevented me from doing so. I couldn't stop the bleeding, even if my arms weren't restrained there was too much blood. I woke up something felt wrong, I felt like something was missing. I looked at myself to the best of my ability: the flesh on my shoulders and arms was gone. Much like Lucian and Wyvern he stripped it away. The blood was seeping out and soaking the floor. I struggled but ended up choking on my blood. I gave up after that. I wondered where Leon was, maybe he managed to escape. Just as I began to feel some relief at the thought of my brother escaping. The door opened Wyvern and Leon were both bought in. I felt my blood run cold upon seeing Leon: the flesh along his sides was gone, along with his shoulder blades, and the muscle was gone in both places as well. I screamed and struggled to see what had become of him. Wyvern looked different from when I had last seen him. He looked almost lifeless: he was no longer trembling, but he was still covered in cuts, some light, others concerningly deep. I saw him holding his arm, which now had at least three first-degree burns and one fifth-degree burn on his leg. Which caused him to limp.
