Robin pov

I waited anxiously for Finney at the gate. I hope he didn't get hit by his father or anything because of me.
I started picking and biting my nails until I saw Finney come into the school.

"AMOR!" I called waving with a big smile on my face.
He gave me a big smile back and ran towards me.
"You didn't get in trouble, right?" I meekly asked. The words he said after made me sigh in relief.
"My father actually came home as soon as you left. We were quite lucky. And no, I didn't get into trouble or anything."
He confirmed. I gave him a soft smile.
"Wanna hang out again later? My house this time." I asked. I really want to get to know him better.

"I should ask my father first, and since it is a Friday, I can ask if I can sleep over."
He replied. I hummed in agreement and offered to follow him to his house. We then went to class.

Finney pov

I can't believe he asked me to hang out again! I am so excited! I have never had a friend who was willing to hang out with me so often. I find it cute that he actually looked really worried and nervous about me getting hurt. Honestly, Matty and his gang haven't disturbed me yet. I am guessing it was because Robin was there with me before class.

I sat through the class just thinking about Robin.

(Lunch time)

3rd person pov

"UGHHH. WHY DID THEY HAVE TO GIVE SO MUCH HOMEWORK ALREADY???" Finney complained. His teachers had given a lot of weekend homework already, and it had not even been a whole day yet. Robin laughed as Finney went on and on about how much homework he had in the first 2 hours of school.

Both boys went to get their lunch and sat at a table with Vance. Nothing was out of the ordinary yet. However, Finney could feel Matty and his gang's eyes burning into the back of his head.
He felt uncomfortable, and Robin noticed. Robin turned around to face Matty and his gang, who had immediately turned away after noticing Robin looking at them.

(After lunch)

3rd person pov

As Finney made his way to class after having lunch, he passed by the toilets where he was pulled in. Too his horror, it was Matty and his gang.

Finney pov

Fuck. I was going to be a dead guy now. Why did they suddenly pull me into the toilets? Matty usually sends Matt to chase after me in the morning, but he didn't that day.
"Hey f*g. Got a boyfriend, eh?" Matty sneered, his gang laughing mockingly behind him.
"Ya didn't get any beatings from us today. Did you blake?" Matt added.

The last thing I remember was getting punched and kicked multiple times in the stomach and face until I heard a familiar voice.
"HEY SCRAM BITCHES OR I WILL DO THE SAME THING TO YOU LIKE YOU DID TO FINNEY. FUCK WITH FINNEY, YOU FUCK WITH ME GOT IT?"
It was Robin! But at that point, I felt so weak that I had just passed out.

I woke up in the infirmary. Robin was seated next to me, tapping his hands and feet while biting his bottom lip.
"Robin?" I managed to blurt out over the excruciating pain that I was in.
He looked at me. Eyes brightened with a tentative smile.

Robin pov

I WAS SCARED HALF TO SHITS. I JUST WANTED TO USE THE BATHROOM AND I SAW MY ANGEL ON THE FLOOR, COVERED IN BLOOD, GETTING BEAT UP BY THOSE BITCHES.

"Angel, are you okay? What happened? Do you want me to take you home early? We can still go to my house we both will just go home early." I blurted out. I gave Finney a hug. "I will protect you with my life," I whispered in Finney's ear. I could tell he was happy to hear that as he gave me a soft smile back.

"I will tell you at your house, alright? I don't want to get home early." Finney answered all my questions the best he could.

(After school)

3rd person pov

Robin helped Finney out of his classroom. Luckily, their last period was math, so it was easier to help Finney. Both boys went to Finney's house to get the approval of his father, and they got it. Finney and Robin then went into Finney's room to pack clothes.

"Hey Robin... The last thing I remember is you saying 'HEY SCRAM BITCHES OR I WILL DO THE SAME THING TO YOU LIKE YOU DID TO FINNEY. FUCK WITH FINNEY, YOU FUCK WITH ME GOT IT?' I also remember you telling me in the infirmary 'I will protect you with my life.' Did you mean it all?" Finney put forth. Robin looked at Finney with the softest eyes and hugged Finney.

"Of course I meant it all. I will protect you with my life forever." Robin assured. Robin and Finney felt safe with one another.

After packing, Finney said bye to his father and Gwen, and Robin and Finney made their way to Robin's house.

Hii! I worked on this super fast to make up for tomorrow and the day after as I figured I might not have time to post anything on those days. I hope you enjoyed this chapter. I'm just letting all of you know that after the next chapter, which will be titled "Mi querido tutor, Finney." There will be a time skip to about 4 months later as I need the story to progress a little faster.
I will write to all of you as soon as I can after my trip!
