Aishani's POV -
I reached office and went to Jassi's cabin first and asked, "Did you sign the deals with the Reddy's?" and he gave me an annoyed look.
"No good morning, how are you this fine morning, straight to work. You are soo boring Aishi." he whined, this guy is useless.
"Good Morning, Jasprit sir. How are you doing this fine morning?" I asked with the fakest sweet tone I could make myself speak with.
"Great Aishani, also about the Reddy deal, its done and signed." he said formally.
"Toh pehle nahi keh sakta tha, such a drama queen." I said sitting down in front of him.
"By the ways Aishi, I know why you agreed to the deal, I am with you in this whole thing from day one of you telling me about it. But are you sure about everything?" Jassi asked me in a concerned tone.
"Yes Jassi, approve my resignation but no one should know about it for atleast a week until we strike a deal with Mr. Dhoni for his mentorship, you know we need a strong influence with our venture and he's the only one with it." I said.
"We also need a team Aishi, you and me have it planned out I get that, but we are putting all our money on this." he said.
"I didnt do 5 jobs despite being in college for nothing, just trust me and I have a team in mind." I said and we left for our meeting with Mr. Dhoni.
I have already filled my resignation in this company, which is exactly why I moved back, Jassi is with me on this we both are planning to open our own company we have been planning it for over a year together and I ever since I left India. Call it coincidence, but Jassi was exactly the person I needed for this, both of us discovered dark secrets about the Reddy empire, and have had our lives completely destroyed, thanks to RKR.
AUTHOR'S POV -
Both Jasprit and Aishani reached The Taj and went to the conference room for their meeting with MSD, they had to pitch their plan to MSD and Sakshi to get funding and mentorship from them. After 2 whole hours their meeting came to an end and well, Aishani and Jasprit completely won their hearts over.
"Well Aishani, Jasprit I have got to tell the both of you, in my career for mentoring enterprises and youngsters, I havent seen someone who at such a young age who is already well payed and at a good position in their company, willing to step down and do something new with so much confidence and faith in themselves." MSD said with such pride.
"Well sir its all you, you also once decided to step down from the position of Chief Managing Officer, a feat you achieved just at the age of 27 to open this company of yours, to do something you always really wanted to that is mentor upcoming business, to invest in them and see them grow. Well you took a risk and it payed off didnt it?" Aishani asked.
"You have done your research well kid, youngsters like you remind me of why I am doing this at the first place." MSD said.
"I must saw Aishani, I have no doubt in your capabilities you will definitely shine with this venture. We need more bold young business women like you ." Sakshi added.
After talking for sometime longer they left the conference room and went down for brunch. Jassi and Aishani had decided to treat themselves if they got the contract and MSD and Sakshi were supposed to meet Virat and Anushka.
"Mahi bhai, aapka cheeku aagaya." Virat screamed entering the restaurant startling everyone around them and Anushka face palmed looking at her husband.
"Cheeku, shaant bache. We are meeting after a week not eternity." Mahi laughed looking at Virats excitement.
Virat ignored that and started animatedly talking to MSD about everything that happened in the past week and the wives simultaneously catched up.
