So so sorry for not updating this book in awhile! Got so excited starting high school that I forgot to write more in this book! Anyways enjoy the next chapter!
Alberto's mind and body froze. He made no sudden movements once he heard the footsteps come to a stop. He min was racing, possibly faster then a train in the morning. The only noise he could hear was the sound of the boys heavy breathing.
"What am I going to do?! What happens when he finds me?!" Alberto thought in his head.
But then
The expected happened.
The boy pulled Alberto from out underneath the hay pile by his shirt. The boy had brought Alberto's face close to his causing them to have very close yep contact.
"Gotcha." The boy said with sight victory in his voice.
Alberto furrowed his eyebrows and stared right into the boys blue eyes. Alberto tried breaking his shirt free from the boy, but was unsuccessful when the boy grabbed his shirt tighter. Despite the boys size he was quite strong and muscular, which almost had a full disadvantage to Alberto.
After a few seconds of intense eye contact the boys spoke,
"Hey guys! I think I've found our hider." The boy said with a grin.
All of the other men who'd been looking for Alberto had walked over to see who'd been hiding from them. Some of the men seemed shocked, some...not so much, more or less they were disturbed or even disgusted in a way? These facial expressions really confused Alberto. What was their problems?
All the men turned around to face the exit of the train car, and quickly they started heading out that way. The boy kept a firm grip still on Alberto's shirt and started pulling him in the same motion as all the other men. Alberto grunted in anger as he continued to try and free his shirt. No success. The boy just continued to pull him near the exit.
"Let go of me!!" Alberto yelled. "I don't wanna go wherever your taking me! I just wanna go to Turin!" He added.
"Turin you say?" One of the men in front of him said with a heavy Italian accent. "You meaning to tell me that a lad like yourself wants to go to the biggest city in Italy, possibly the fanciest!?" He said with a chuckle. "Keep dreaming" He added. Alberto grew angrier at the comment. Who was this guy to tell him what to do?!
Once all of the men and Alberto had existed the train car, the boy grabbed Alberto's arms and tied them behind his back and brought him before the man that demanded to find him.
"Sir I found the hider of your train car" The boy said. Alberto refused to make eye contact with the fancy man. But he could feel the presence of the man walking near him.
"So your the boy that was hiding in my train car hm?" He questioned. Alberto nodded in agreement. "I see.." The fancy man said.
"Men, pack this boy in the back of your travel truck. I want him in my lock room of my house immediately for further punishment." The fancy man said with a very demanding tone.
Alberto froze for a moment to think. Punishment?
Great, now he was being punished p, this was not what he needed in that moment.
"Yes sir I'll have him taken to the mansion right away." The boy holding Alberto said.
Just as the men, the boy and Alberto had began to walk another direction the boy paused. "David, do me a favour and take this boy to the truck I must ask something to sir Paguro." The boy said. Alberto listened. So the fancy man had a name?
"Paguro eh?" Alberto said laughing a little. "What kind of name is that?" Alberto added.
"Shut your mouth" David said pulling down Alberto's brown hat onto his face.
By the way this is how I pictured Alberto for the first bit here of the book. Here's wearing the second outfit with the white shirt. (Credits to the artist!!)
Alberto snicked a little at the action.
"You have no right in making fun of The richest man in Geneva" Another man said. Alberto rolled his eyes.
"Someone say my name?" The fancy man said. "Yes sir, this disgusting boy made fun of your name." David responded.
"Now now boy, there's no need for name calling." The fancy man said. "Sorry sir it's just-" David was paused by the fancy man rising his hand to silence him.
"Lorenzo Paguro" The fancy man said.
"Excuse me?" Alberto said is response.
"My name is Lorenzo Paguro and you boy, work for me now." He said with a grin raising an eyebrow.
"What?! No! I don't and I won't work for you!" Alberto yelled back in response.
"Then I suggest you prepare to be comfortable in the room if my choice for you to stay in until I choose your punishment." Lorenzo said angrily. "Just thought this option would be easier for you" He added.
With enough force Alberto ripped his arm free of David's grasp and stood close to the man.
"If you think I'll EVER work for a dirty, rude and selfish rich man like you. You can think again" Alberto said making sure he put enough force in those last forwards. Then at top speed Alberto ran from all the men.
"MEN GET HIM! I NEED THAT BOY!" Lorenzo screamed. And as he demanded, the men and boy started chasing after Alberto.
Alberto smiled internally at his escape. He finally could do what he wanted for five minutes without being bothered.
Moments later Alberto had reached what seemed to be the start of a small town. Alberto felt upset, he thought Geneva would be bigger! But he was wrong. Then after Alberto whipped around a sharp corner he froze and slightly gasped. In front of him was the view of the biggest city he'd ever seen, seems like he was wrong about the city. Alberto smiled, but quickly changed his expression when he heard the running of the men and boy.
"There he is! Get him!" The boy yelled.
Alberto panic and turned around to only realize he was being stopped by a large brick wall with fancy golden points at the top. He had no way out. But yet he had the audacity to begin to climb up the wall.
"Stop him! He's climbing into the mansions garden!" The boy screamed. Alberto laughed and climbed faster until he reached the top.
Then
He jumped to the grass of the Paguro mansion...
