Three

- Lookism eps. 3 & 4 -

Daniel and I are walking down the path to school in a peaceful silence until I finally decided to break it with a question.

"So Daniel, why isn't little Daniel with coming to school with us? Does he attend another school?" I questioned turning my head towards him feigning confusion.

Daniel completely stops walking and looks at the ground sweat dripping from his forehead.

"Daniel? What's wrong?" I ask walking up to him. 'Oh shoot maybe I shouldn't have said anything.' 

After a moment he looks up from the ground and into my eyes "Nothing sorry I thought my shoe was untied, but Daniel has to work at night so he's sleeping right now." 

' "I thought my shoe was untied" my ass you were probably thinking of an excuse' I thought internally rolling my eyes.

 "Oh alright, now let's go school starts in 10 minutes." I say grabbing his hand and pulling him down the path.

'wow she's the first to actually care that I'm not going to school other than my mom, not only is she pretty but she has a kind heart too.' Daniel thought blushing. 

Daniel looks down at their intertwined hands and smiles 'her hand is so soft and it fits perfectly in mine, I want to do this all the time'

Daniel and I have finally arrived at school after walking and making small talk getting to know each other.

"So Y/n do you want to st-" Daniel got cut off from bumping into a boy looking at himself in the mirror, Daniel looks down at the boy and apologies "Ah, sorry bout that."

The boy whips his head towards Daniel looking at him with disgust "Hey, watch where you're going!" Daniel apologies again "I'm really sorry."

Upon looking at Daniels face the boy completely freezes. 

Daniel just grabs hand that he had previously let go of from bumping into the boy and drags me to class.

Daniel and I are are both currently standing outside of the classroom.

Daniel was shaking beside me 'Dang I feel bad for the dude being the new kid sucks, especially if you got bullied at your old school.' 

Deciding to be nice I grab his hand and squeeze it in a reassuring manner, Daniel looks at our intertwined hands and seems to calm down. 

Daniel opened his mouth to speak but was cut off by the teachers voice calling out to us from inside of the classroom.

"Come on in."

Walking passed Daniel I slide the door open, I walk through the door and stand next to the teacher. Daniel walks to me hurriedly and stands next to me.

"I'm Y/n L/n" I said deciding not to say anything more.

Daniel introduces himself next "I'm Daniel Park, nice to meet you."

The class stares stares at us both in awe.

The whole classroom is silent for the moment not being able to handle the stares I just stare at my shoes.

The teacher breaks the silence "Daniel you sit in that empty seat there, Y/n you sit there."
