- Lookism Eps. 9

The four walk into a local cafe to get breakfast before doing their plans for the day.

They walk up to the counter to order.

Y/n puts Megumi down "So what do you boys want?"

"Hot Chocolate!" Killua and Megumi exclaimed in unison.

"And I know it's not the best thing to eat for breakfast but how about I get you guys some cake?"

"Cake! Cake! Cake!" both boys start jumping up and down,

Y/n turns to Daniel "What would you like Daniel?""

"O-Oh I don't know, I'll just get what you get!"

Y/n nods her head then turns to the barista.

"Hello! Can I please get two hot chocolates, two f/d's and four slices of strawberry cake?" Y/n asks smiling pulling out her card.

"Wait Y/n let me pay for you guys!" Daniel says pulling out his wallet.

"Uh no." Y/n replies giving the barista her card.

'Oh it's Jace taking our order! I'll introduce myself'

"Excuse me? You look familiar, do you happen to go to J high?"

Jace looks at the girl 'Wow she's pretty.'

"Yes I do, you're the new transfer right?You're even prettier than the rumors say. I'm Jace." Jace says mindlessly.

Y/n laughs "Thankyou! You're not so bad yourself, I'm Y/n."

Daniel glares at Jace not liking the way he's staring at Y/n.

Wanting to get her attention Daniel grabs her hand "C'mon Y/n, let's go find a table."

Y/n looks at Daniel and nods deciding not to comment on him holding her hand.

"It was nice to meet you Jace!"

"Uh yeah you too, I'll bring you guys your drinks and food in a minute."

Daniel guides Y/n to a booth lightly pushing her into it and sits next to her, with Killua and megumi sitting across from them.

The four arrive back home after an exhausting day of walking and shopping.

Y/n goes and sets down the bags in her hand and unlocks her door.

They walk in, both Megumi and Killua walk to their shared room to set down the bags in their hand, while Y/n guides Daniel into her room to set the bags in his hands down.

'Oh wow I've never been into a girls room before'

Setting down the bags Daniel turns to Y/n "As much as I'd like to hangout with you more, I need to get going so I can make dinner for Daniel before he leaves for work."

"Awe how sweet of you Daniel! Alright let me walk you out."

They both walk to the front door.

Daniel walks outside buts turns back to Y/n "alright I'll see you Monday so we can walk to school together!"

Daniel leans down and hugs Y/n "I'll see you Monday Daniel but are you sure you want to walk to school with me still? Since I have the kids I'll be leaving earlier to drop them off at school."

Daniel frowns 'dammit I forgot about those two'

"Ow Daniel you're hugging me too tight"

Daniel quickly releases his hold "Oh no I'm sorry Y/n sometimes I forget how strong I am. Also yes I still want to walk to school with you."
