2 years later...
The moon was huge high in the sky , a crescent moon, it shown bright calling all to bask in it light and Glory. Hanna along with all other wolf that had recently turn 15 , where placed in a room. The room looked more like a cellar, it was underground , there was a long wooden stairs leading to a long and dark Hall way ,where they were being kept ,their hands and feet where chained to the wall with nothing more than a couple feet allowance to move about.
The moon was at it epec signaling that it was finally time. The change began, loud screams where heard , bones where broken, mending back together in odd angles .mean while the park members stood above the cellar waiting patiently for the newly changed wolves to arise. A run was organized, it's was an old pack tradition that all new wolves must run with the pack. The race was to start when all the wolves were changed,the new wolves were to start the run and after a while, nature takes place and automatically high ranking wolves take the lead. The Alpha family goes first,then the beta and the gamma,followed by the warriors then non ranking pack members.
After hours of excruciating pain,the wolves had risen, Hannah being the last of them was left in the back and as the moon silver light gently gazed upon her fur reflecting her dark brown mane she stopped, taking in the moment as it was nothing like she had never felt before. She felt free,the twigs beneath her feet breaking as her paws pounded the ground. She could smell a deer from afar, imagining what the taste would feel like,the feeling was new and foreign but she loved it, it was the happiest she had been in a long while, so she ran,ran as fast as her paws could take her completely giving up control she soon overtook the omegas, passing by the non ranking wolves and warriors in a blur she ran stretching her paws and letting the night take over her. Overtaking the gamma family followed by the beta or in this case the alpha family,she was at the top leading the wolves towards the edge of the cliff and on getting there,she placed her paws directly at the edge, lifting her head up to the moon and gave a loud howl causing the rest to follow suit. She was their natural born leader and it was only primal for her to lead. Her wolf knew it's place and was determined to lead.
But the greed,envy and jealousy that laid in the devious mind of brad already conjured up a plan to deal with the newly arising nuisance that disgraced him.
