Chapter 56

Elizabeth POV

The gates closed behind me sounding like a rusted scream, I turned around to see the guards saluting and posture straightened

"It has been a pleasure lady Elizabeth." They said in union

"Thank you, I am greatful." I spoke softly and walked off.

The walk to the Demon brothers establishment was a short but long 15 minutes, I think their father chose to buy the house closest to the deity quarters just to have a laugh. I mean there was no way that the demon king would want to willingly make his sons live so close to his life long enemy if he didn't get atleast something out of it. And that something was seeing the rage and disgust on my father's face.

I laughed to my self at the though of his childish intentions, and before I knew it I was stood outside the home of the greatest enemy of my dynasty. I opened the door after greeting the guards who gave a welcoming salute.

I entered the house and was met with Bans face in the fridge his posture looking somehow worse, everyone else was crammed into the kitchen all in their own place wether that be on a stool, the counter, the floor or just standing up.

I made my way over greeting everyone. And then Gelda popped the question.

"So how did it to lizzie?"

"Well I've been disowned by my father and possibly the entire goddess  clan. But what can you do, I'm still the heir to the throne no matter what so my father shouting at me isn't gonna stop the law is it? He can suck my dick." I huffed

"What did I say no gods gonna listen to you." Meliodas laughed

"Don't get cocky with me, what did I say? It was on sight." I glared at him

A sound of "OOOO" circled around the  room. It then turned into a battle of words, insulting one another each one harsher than the last.

"Well atleast my mum isn't dead." He said.

The room gasped, even zeldris's common unbothered stared at his brother dumbfounded

"Yeah okay but didn't your brother kill you?" I argued (is that some cheeky foreshadowing I see 😦)

Everyone started chanting with how fast the comeback was.

"Twice." I finished

"Ooo meliodis hit a nerve." Dianne taunted

Mel kept his mouth shut and stared me.

We then burst out laughing everyone else joining.

"Exactly watch your mouth mr built like a dandelion" I smirked

"And you watch that ass miss liones." He quipped back, giving a suggestive smirk not hiding his obvious intentions well.

I lifted a brow smiling back at him as the group went back to their original conversations. Ban returning to his hunt rummaging through our, which if you ask me unnecessarily large fridge, to look for whatever will satisfy his ceaseless appetite. Shaking my head in disapproval, an action I realised I only do to Ban, yet I smiled softly because Ban will be Ban.

"Lizzie have you done the English homework? You know what you probably didn't even pick the sheet up." Gelda scoffed at the end, her question becoming useless, because I infact did not pick up the sheet our teacher left on her front desk.

"You know me so well sweetie." I smiled at her giving her a pucker of my lips getting a laugh in response.

"You know to say you guys are royalty or some shit, you have nothing in you damm fridge." The complaint echoing from Ban's mouth, still being neck deep into the fringe.
