Leo's pov:

This had to be serious, rarely do me and Donnie ever have a serious talk, especially if we have to take it to a private area. I shuddered at all the possibilities of what he had to say which made me not wanna get up but curiosity got the best of me and I reluctantly got up and nodded to him.

He led me outside where we stood by the fence, specifically the same spot where me and Usagi were standing before.

"Alright, Donnie. What's up?" I said with a bit of a mood in my tone

"You okay?" He asked

"Yeah....why?" I thought it was weird he asked that but I let him continue

"I was just checking on you, It feels like we haven't talked in a bit"

"Oh, yeah I've been fine...have you been alright?"

"Yeah, I'm good too"

We stood there in silence for a bit

"Soooo, how's chizu?" I broke the silence

"She's alright, a bit mysterious but she's quiet and calm. Very collective, I'm surprised because she rarely ever shows any expression" he answered

"Huh, that's interesting. Has she helped you find anything to get home?"

"I mean she mentioned the keystone and that if we had access to it then we could probably use it to get home"

"I saw the keystone! It's huge and it's pretty powerful"

"Oh, so it does have power? Huh, well then I'll have to see it in the morning"

"Just be careful though, I touched and it sent me flying across the room"

"That powerful? Sheesh, it's a good thing I have my tech with me"

"Yup"

We stood there in silence for a bit, it was kinda awkward

"Sooo, How's Yuichi?" Donnie asked

"He's cool! I love him! ......and I mean as a friend, we're just very relatable" I quickly responded

"Right, got it. He's just like you, the brother you never had?"

"Ah, don't be like that" I gave him a slight punch "I can't say we're "that" close but we do balance each other and cooperate very well"

"If you say so"

I turned to take a glance at the moon, its bright white color reminded me of Yuichi's fur, it brought a smile to my face.

"Do you know how Raph and Mikey are?" Donnie asked.

"From what I remember, Raph said that gen is trying to get him to be a bit laxer, I don't blame him for having his guard up but he does need to be more relaxed. Mikey and kitsune, on the other hand, they're absolute besties...at least from what I got from those two"

"Well it's good to know that Mikey got a new friend now and that someone is helping raph loosen up"

"I know right?"

We laughed a little before dropping silent, I had noticed that I could slightly feel Donnie staring at me. I was starting to feel nervous, why was it that he was staring at me? Perhaps this so-called "talk" he wanted to have was to trick me into something. I needed to know.

"What's this really about?" I asked

"What's what about?" Donnie asked back. He has to be messing with me

"Why did you want to talk with me?"

"It's like I said, we haven't talked in a bit"

"....Is that really the reason?"
