Now this is the best thing about life is going to sleep. Not only is it because it's relaxing and it is helpful for you. But you feel refreshed in the day time especially after you've been sick or you had a crappy day it's very important to have a good night sleep too cope days problems and stuff.   As well as to help set goals for the next day but don't get too excited you might end up not falling asleep at all but you just put on your favorite song in a way you go you fall asleep and that is the end of it there. Until the morning that is and then it starts all over the day. Hopefully it'll be different stuff
