//Wukong's P.O.V//
Me and Mk were walking around the new mountains we found and started to scout it and you know, exploring the terrain, in a distance I hear what seems to be water falling down, "hey kid let's go we should camp for the night" "LET'S GO!" Mk exclaimed, we walked and walked until we camped there while mk was getting ready for bed I wandered around until found the source which was a waterfall beneath it was a black furred animal taking a bath under it.
Then I realized who it was.. "MACAQUE?!" wait no it can't be it's a female..I was in doubt but when I saw him turn his head and with glowing ears. I knew it was him..or should I say her, "AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH" she scream and dropped her body to the water "Wukōng" she hissed "what are you doing here and why are you on MY mountain?!" "I have the same questions, and what do you mean your mountain?!" I questioned "I claimed this mountain just this month so I don't need to be moving once again " "you're a female?" He looked at me in disbelief "YOU SAW THAT?!" "I didn't mean t-" I was cutted off "You creep!, Don't you know what's the meaning of PRIVACY?" she tries to calm herself while highlighting the privacy part, "hey monkie king I heard noises -" then I mk spotted macaque "oh hey Mr macaque "
The monkies stared at him with pure silence "is there something wrong?" Mk asked "Kid I don't think sh" again getting cut off "yes actually, first you're on my mountain, second your teacher is a creep and lastly -" this I continued to speak "kid I don't think you should call him 'Mr' anymore " I air qouted the Mr part "shut up you idiot " she spoke and transforms to a shadow and left mixing with the shadows of the place, "what was that all about?" "I'll tell you later now we to return to camp and sleep" Mk yawn and nodded his head and we returned to camp that night, I couldn't sleep because of a certain female monkey 'wait a damn second...if she was a female all long.. and  she fought me...damn she strong..' I blushed at the thought and shook my head and hard my hardest to fall asleep..
I'll confront her tomorrow

//Macaque's P.O.V//
"Stupid wukong, stupid jade emperor, stupid laws, Stupid gender roles" I say as I dress up in my pajamas and went to bed.

//Time skip//

//Mk P.O.V//
I woke up and dress my normal clothes and went out of my tent to see a tired monkie king with a frown and eyebags "waoh what happened?" "Nothing bud" we're quiet for a while and I spoke "What's with Mr macaque? Why can't I call him that anyone" "Because " A new voice spoke up "that's because I'm not a man, mk" we look at the sound and surprise, surprise perched on top of the tree was Macaque "What do you mean?" "I'm a female, because I was a female I can't join and protect my loved ones in the war so I covered my chest and trimmed my hair" everyone was quiet "anyhow" we looked at him "Out of my mountain" "ok we'll pack" then after we're out.

//Noone's P.O.V//
Months later wukong started to court Macaque and gave him attention which the black monkie ignored the advances of the other but started to gain feelings and accepted the courting presents.
Two years later the monkies had a short wedding and remained married to each other for many years to come.
