//Kai's P.O.V//
"Lloyd! You need to stop everything, stop putting others before you self!" I screamed
"NO! Others will be in danger if I don't!" "You may be the green ninja, but that doesn't mean you're going to be a human shield, you're still a human being!" "Don't you understand!?, People are going under if we aren't going to save them!" "Of course I understand! You can't just throw yourself in danger!"
We argued and argued until I had enough "WE'RE OVER!" everyone was quiet and shocked by my words "FINE!" Lloyd stormed out of the bounty and flew to the forests 'Shit!' I regretted that but it's for the best, for now.

//Timeskip//
//Kai's P.O.V//
It's been TWO weeks, two weeks since lloyd and I spoke, two weeks since we kissed, cuddled, and hugged, TWO WEEKS is too much. I can't help but snatch longing glances at lloyd and I wanted it to stop, I want to hug him, kiss him, cuddle with him! I want him to speak to me however I was greeted by dull eyes and quietly walking past or around me.
I just kept an eye out in case something happens.

//Lloyd's P.O.V//
It's been so long since I spoken to kai or anyone else, I just nod and hummed for answers. My eyes dull and cold, I stole little glimpses (ok maybe more than little), I don't talk much the only one who I talked with the most is zane. I swore him to secrecy and he obliged, I can't help but to feel cold and empty as I layed down on my bed. I continued to cry and sob sickeningly silent, I threw my attention to training, protecting and sleeping. I never wanted to bump into him, yet I wanted to be held in his arms, I missed the little kisses, pats and warmth.
I waited and waited for him to say something yet nothing came out of his mouth, so I did the same.

//Timeskip//
//Nobody P.O.V//
Evil rose up again and the ninjas fought and fought, yet none have seem to notice a disappearance of the green ninja, all except for the hotheaded ninja. The enemy leader was defeated and the enemy retreated, as they're not quite strong. And taken to custody.

//Kai's P.O.V//
I scouted the area looking for a certain green clad ninja, looking down at the ally ways, I scanned them and I caught a glimpse of green clothes and dropped down near the ally. My eyes widen as I saw lloyd's unconscious body laid down, bloody,bruised, scarred. He's beautiful emerald green eyes closed and I can barely hear his breathing as I rushed to his side. I commed everyone to go back at base and said lloyd was injuried. Everyone was sent to a panicked stage and zane tried his best to heal our comrade, when he emerged from the medical bay. He told us that lloyd was in a coma, A FRICKING COMA!
I laid by his side never leaving him not even to get food and water, nya had to bring it to me and force me to digest the food.
I felt sick to my stomach and tried waking up lloyd from this nightmare.

//Week One//
//Kai's P.O.V//
I was sitting on a chair which was near the bed in arms reach, I haven't eaten anything for 3 straight days and everyone grew worried and sent nya to give me food, in which rejected but nya forced me to eat the said food and left me again. I kept lloyd company and talking to him and urging him to open his eyes but was only greeted by the sound of breathing, beeping noises and others things. But nothing came out of the ninja laid down on the bed.

//Week Two//
//Kai's P.O.V//
I repeated my routine again and again not leaving his side, everyone else tried to pry me off but it didn't work out. I want him to wake up..

//Week Three//
//Kai's P.O.V//
I lost it, I lost track of time and now I begging lloyd to wake the hell up, my sanity was on my wits end. "Lloyd please wake up, wake up please" I sobbed was hused and hoarse because of my crying "I want you to wake up, I need you to wake please..I want to hear you talk again, laugh again, sass everyone, I want to see your eyes again.." I brawled my eyes out "please..just wake up!" I shouted but only loud enough for me and lloyd to hear.. I sighed and bid him farewell and telling him that I will return, I need fresh air.

//No one's P.O.V//
After about ten minutes, lloyd's eyes slowly but surely fluttered open as he scans the room, he noticed that, a chair was on his bed side, half empty glass of water, and a piece of hair no doubt it was kai's, yes he knew the difference between Jay's and Kai's, so what? And what's seems to be a note under the glass, he read it. It was no ordinary note..

//Lloyd's P.O.V//
Kai's hand writing can be clearly seen, To who reads this, it's kai Im just taking fresh air and space. Ill be back in about eight twenty, by then cya if something happens please call me instanly. -kai  I blushed a bit on the note and heard a gasp erupted from the door and saw zane, master Wu and nya hold a plate and wash cloth labeled "lloyd", uncle dropped the basin and ran to me and hugged me. Nya cleaned the water up and saw the note, she dail kai and everyone else ran in and greeted me and hugged me, but I wanted kai, I want his hugs. The door sway open as kai rushed in to the room, he embraced me tightly. Everyone gave us space and time, "thank the gods you're ok" "ya.." we embraced until the next morning.

//Time skip//
The color green combat boots collided with the ground and running towards a certain part of the forests. Kai said that they needed to talk, so of course the young Oni was nervous, he didn't want to get his hopes up..
He skidded to a halt and met the red clad teen, "hey lloyd" "hi kai" the tensions loosen between the two and converse with each other once more. "I wanted to ask you something..it's ok if you decline"
"Yea? What is it?" The fire willed ninja was hesitant "well spit"
"Do you want to give it another shot?" My eyes widen as plates, " as I said declining it will not affect me it's ok-" kissed him and nodded yes..
