PRUSSIA/FRANCE/SPAIN! Just kidding, my semi-childhood would be ruined if I was the one he talked to all the time. (Not hating on them, that's just me) (And Prussia occupied them all, I'll leave that for you to think) Anyway... Probably Switzerland! We all know that best friends buy food for each other (in my school anyway) and no one would know how much money we actually spent because of savings :D And he'd probably know all the secret menu items! Also, he'd be good at helping me to say what I think.. Hopefully.
