(yes this is a prequel to my Hyperdonita oneshot in my old book)

Hyper POV

This didn't feel right to me. I'd been to a ton of dentists before, so I couldn't understand why I was so nervous. I pushed those nerves aside and focused on something good. This might be the person that could help treat my condition. Maybe I could finally live a normal life.

"The doctor will see you now."

I walked down the hallway, hands clasped together. I came up to the door of his office. The door had a name in the middle of it: Dr Cain Novo, PhD. I pushed open the door to reveal a tall man stood in a sterile, white room. The room was quite surpisingly bare, with the chair, a desk, a canister of laughing gas, and a trolley with some tools and liquids. The doctor himself was quite foreboding. His mouth was covered by a mask, and there was a red substance splashed on the side of his coat. Was it blood?

"A-are you Dr Novo?" I stammered.
"Yes." he replied, not taking his gaze off me. "Hyper, isn't it?"
I nodded, closing the door behind me.
"Hm. I understand you have transferred from Dr Cree, right?" Novo enquired.
"Y-yes, I have." I stuttered, intimidated by this person. "I just want someone to be able to get rid of my hyperdonita problem."
"I'll see what I can do. Just...sit in the chair." the doctor sighed.

Hesitantly, I placed myself into the chair. As soon as I placed my arms on the armrests, metal clamps snapped over my wrists, trapping me.
"Um, what's with the clamps?" I asked, my anxiety rising.
"Oh, it's a standard procedure, just so you don't run away." he explained.
Great. Now I was stuck with this fucking weirdo.
"Right, this may pinch a bit." Novo warned, brandishing a needle. I knew what it was. Novocaine. Normally, it was a small pinch, but this hurt like no other.

It was like someone just stabbed me in the gums. I don't know wether it was the needle, or my fear, but it hurt. I felt a tear run down my cheek.
"Oh, for goodness sake, stop crying. It'snot that painful." the doctor snapped.
I tried my best to compose myself. Wether it worked is debatable. After he removed a few teeth, I heard him say, "No, no, this isn't working at all. If that's how you're going to be, I'm going to have to operate."

That was the last thing I could remember before I blacked out.
