So- I'm going to be re-writing this story. The current one is confusing and is written a bit messy. I've already started the re-write of this book. The first book is called "Hourglass." It'll be cleaner and make more sense.
Characters will have a bit more to them and their story. Alexis Clayton is still the lead protagonist. The secondary protags will be Journey and Prince Dimitri.
I've been planning this for a while now, perfecting abilities and storyline. I'll be re-planning the next couple of books as well. I might make the series shorter than originally planned.
'Outlaws' was going to be around 6 books long. But I might have it be 4 books.
'Hourglass' Book One
'Water Tamer' Book Two
'Deafening Echoes' Book Three
'Rewound Time' Book FourShorter series = easier time for the author with a lot of work going on.
I'm not updating this document anymore. 'Hourglass' will be uploaded in a different document. I also won't be uploading it until it's up to speed with this current version of it.
It'll take me a bit of time. But it's already making more sense than this one. Alexis has a better layout to her character. She has more personality to her instead of just being dismissive. A better explained backstory that'll be explained over the four books. And a better way of her figuring out magic is real.
Journey isn't just quiet- she's got some more personality to her as well instead of a silent person will a bit of knowledge. It'll make more sense when Alexis meets up with her as well. And her silence will be explained.
Prince Dimitri will have his story explained more, instead of just randomly framed for Murder, because that was out of the blue. You'll get to know his family more, and how his kingdom works, as well as his abilities.
I don't know how many of you will actually read this, or care-
Either way, I've got a better plan for this story now. I also won't be rushing chapters. I want to give out well written chapters that are long and easy to follow. I won't have a specific time on when I'll be posting things. I don't want to set out a firm deadline. Writing takes time and patients, and I'd like to use that to my advantage.
Thank all of those who read this story. And thank you for reading this Note.
See you when on the other side of the glass.
