Chapter 12

"This is the most cute thing ever." I heard someone saying. I open my eyes and blink a little to adjust my eyes to the light. "Buongiorno Zorya" (Good morning) "Buenos Dias" (Good morning) I say not hearing what language the person just spoke. I look around to see Vanessa and Marcus, Vanessa was taking many pictures with her phone while Marcus was holding a tray of food. "Buenos Dias bestie." Vanessa says as Marus put the tray on the nightstand  next to me. "Sorry Prince charming no food for you." Marcus said with an evil smile. "Whatever Ugly duckling." Mike says and I begin to laugh as I sit up straight to eat breakfast. Me and Mike stayed in one position the whole night but I guess I switched in the middle of the night and we woke up with him behind me keeping me still and me sleeping in his arms like a potato. "Well I'm gonna shower. Want to join?" Mike asked and I looked at him to see if he was joking and he was not. I laughed and looked at him then said "No" he shrugs his shoulders then went into my shower which leads to his shower that goes to his room which I have never seen before. "You have a lot of explaining to do Missy." Vanessa says as she stands by the wall with Marcus leaning on the door. "I would love to hear this but Angel will tell me later tonight, right Angel?" He asked looking at Vanessa and she turned pink. "Yes." She says blushing and then Marcus walked out of the room. "Angel?" I say eating and giving her 'The spill' look. "Well Me and Marcus are finally together. We have started dating now and he's the best person ever. When Alex kidnapped you he helped me a lot and kept me sane, the only problem I have is he doesn't want to tell me who his secret weapon is, you know that girl that captured Alex." She says telling me with hate eyes. Now I know she's jealous, "you mean Summer aka Hailey Jackson the world's second greatest assain after me of course." I tell her finishing my coffee as I put  the cup on the  nightstand. "How do you know her." She asks me curiously. "Well I used to train her with the new recruits we once had in the Spanish Mafia and she was great but I'm better. I used to train her before we started to train you and then she left and I haven't seen her since forever." I tell her honestly. I mean why would I lie to my best friend. "Oh so how does she know Marcus?" Vanessa asks sitting next to me on the bed. "I don't know you'll have to ask him that. But for now im going to shower. Bye." I tell her standing up making my way to the bathroom. "Your welcome for the food." She says rolling her eyes as she took the food. "Thank you." I tell her entering the bathroom.

3 Years Ago
I woke up when my alarm rang. Training the recruits was never an easy job but my father always told me I could kill them if I wanted to but I have never even tried. I went to quickly take a shower and put on some gym wear and went downstairs to start training. We would never train on a full stomach because it helps with stomach training so when an opponent hits or punches you in the stomach you don't feel too much pain and you are able to recover quickly. I enter the gym and looked at the new recruits sitting and laughing with their friends. "Buenos Dias everyone. Be ready we are starting soon." I tell them and then we start. After a few hours I noticed two very good students that I would take to have personal training sessions with. Vanessa Carina Diaz and Hailey Jackson. My best students so far. We would work hard with them seeing as Vanessa is better with guns she would be a sniper and Hailey is more of a knife person we would have to test her skills and Vanessa is great in hand-to-hand combat I have a feeling she will be a great underground fighter.

Back to present:
As I finish showering I laughed at the memory of the first time I met Vanessa, she was a no-nonsense girl and she still is. While I taught Hailey was soft but the day I heard she turned out to the best assain I was proud of myself for being a great teacher. I remember I was out to kill a gang of rapists and they were cornering me in but then this girl arrives and helped me destroy them all. That day Moon Light and Summer worked together and then we ran away before the police arrived but her mask fell off and I saw her, Hailey looked at me and begged me not to reveal her secret identity so I revealed mine and we have been talking ever since. I really need a girl's night out with all the ladies even Crystal. Maybe when her baby is six months then we can finally go out again, I just don't know how am I going to invite Lily since my marriage is ending a few months. I shouldn't even be thinking about this but instead of how can I make the next few months the best months of my life.

I walked down the stairs to see everyone giving me a weird look, well maybe it's because I found Mike's shirt on the floor and decided to put it on. "We didn't do anything I promise." I say as I sit down not wanting to eat since I'm full. "Let's watch some movies people." Vanessa says dragging me to the living room. I laughed as she looked for a movie to watch. "Hey we should go out soon. As all the ladies. Me,you, Lily, Mira and even Crystal and maybe Hailey as well." I tell her as I sit down carefully. My body still hurts from what Alex did and I cannot wait to torture him in one of the cells downstairs when everyone gets the chance to hurt him even my innocent sister Zaria. "I would love too." Lily says as she and Mira take a seat next to us and Marcus sits on the floor. "Where's Mike?" I ask Marcus waiting for the popcorn to finish so we can enjoy ourselves. "He's busy with work." He says and brings in the drinks from the fridge. I place the food down and Vanessa starts the movie. It was relaxing sitting with my favorite people who have turned into Family. Meeting them and staying with them has been the most amazing thing ever. But the day will arrive when I have to get back home and leave everything behind. Leave the people who make my life much more interesting than before to go back to my home, alone with no one either than Vanessa.

Saint joined us after some time and it was one hell of a crazy ride. When the movie finished I put the dishes in the sink planning to wash them later. I came back to Marcus hitting Vanessa with a pillow but then out of nowhere a pillow hit my face. "Oh shit." Marcus says as Mira hits him in the head with a pillow. The fight began and there was feathers and laughter filling the living room as we continued to have a pillow fight. "Are you kids done?" Mike asks walking into the living room. "Come on. Have some fun." I tell him trying to make him join us. "I am fun." He says crossing his arms and looking at me, I laughed for a few seconds before I threw my pillow at him. Everyone in the room was watching us wondering what would happen next. Mike laughs and picks up the pillow and begins hitting me with it gently as if afraid he would kill me using a pillow. I looked at him surprised but grabbed another pillow and hit him back. The fight started again and now ended later in the afternoon when everyone admitted to being tired and starving. I went to the kitchen to find the chief already made us food. The nice life of having someone cook for you is just wow. I plate up for everyone and move the food to the dining room which is absolutely beautiful. It is my first time in here and I think it's just gorgeous.

This house is just everything. "Here you go." I tell everyone sitting down as everyone grabs a seat and starts eating as we sit and talk about random stuff and getting to know each other. My dad called while I was getting dressed and asked me if we can have the Mafia ball in two months which is a lot of time to prepare for me to take over. He spoke to me and told me I can lead only one Mafia if I want to but I said no. I'm a strong women and I can two mafia's. I told them about it and they all agreed to help me prepare and also buy Mira a house soon since she said she doesn't want to seem like a burden which she is not. But we said we would help her and she promised to stay in touch, I can't lose her I have grown to addicted to her calm but crazy personality. It was a peaceful dinner filled with laughs and small chatter. I will definitely miss this.
