Jimin bring a bag full of five books he borrowed in New York Public Library. One book contain like a thousand pages, he feel like he's working out to bring it from his apartment to there. He make a loud thud in the front desk, make the librarian jolted. She greeted him with a smile.
"Hi, Jimin, another research for your thesis?" Mrs. Hudson the libriarian ask him. "Yes, my research is going to finish soon, my advisor already give me a headache with all these revision, i have to borrow another book but i think i will search other books tomorrow, i want to rest."
Jimin take a master degree major in marketing communication in Columbia University, he has to do a research paper to pass his class. He wants to become a next VP of Operational Food Manufacture, so he realize maybe to be more respectful he wants to take a school again. It's been years since he do all the studies and homework. His fellow students just a bunch of early twenties so he just had one friend who the same age as him. But, overall he enjoy to study again.
Without him notice his surrounding, there's someone on his back, sit on a chair while staring at him with wide eyes and nervous. It's Chaeyoung. She's been in library all day to do her homework, she need to remedy her mind from things she's thinking all week. She's thinking about Jimin.
She's still upset why Chanyeol has to be the one who accompany her to get home. When in fact she's so excited when Lisa's baby shower ended, Jimin was about to approaching her when she's waiting for a taxi on the sidewalk. But, Chanyeol suddenly run pass Jimin from the venue to her asking if she wants to take a walk with him to her apartment. She can see Jimin turn back inside again, and she's so disappointed.
Chaeyoung just listen to the music while she's typing something on her laptop. She spot someone from her peripheral vision walk to the receptionist. She took a glance for a moment but her eyes go back again to the person in front of her. She's widen her eyes because it's Jimin. How coincidence.
She's been bitching to herself how she wants to get close with Jimin and suddenly he's right in front of her. Chayeoung get nervous because she didn't prepare this kind of encounter so she gather her things immediately to get out from the library. She didn't ready to have a pep talk or conversation with him.
Flashback a day after Lisa's baby shower. . .
Chaeyoung is on a research lab tour with Jungkook and couple of her friends in her apprenticeship program. Jungkook is on a lead team to do a project for a product. They taste couple of testers, there's a new bbq sauce product.
She smell bunch of tester sauce on the table, the food scientist said a smell is important too to bring out a taste. When she smell from a pipette, someone is approaching behind her.
"Did you find what you like?" It's Jungkook whispering behind her ear make her jolted a bit. "Oh, i like this one, it's more like a bbq. Remind me of a bbq party." She said. They take a look to another sauce samples. The lab got a dozens of different kind just for a bbq sauce and they display it on a long table about ten feet long and they had a three tables.
