4 | Leaked!

Tony and Pepper woke up around 9 pm, Pepper shifted slightly while she was asleep and that woke up Tony. He opened his eyes slightly as he looked down at her.

He then spotted his clock and saw it was 9:45 pm. Now they're both waking up late. He wasn't sure that Pepper was awake so he looked at her for a couple of minutes. She was asleep.

He tried to get up without waking her up, but since she was laying on him it was nearly impossible. He moved a singular muscle and she opened her eyes.

"Tony?.." She whispered He looks down at her "Yep." He confirmed and lifted her as he sat up. "Wait...Tony?! When did I fall asleep?" She asked in a panic, "Did we.." she asked. "Not that I remember of, our clothes are still on, besides you only had 2 cups of wine." Tony said and smiled "Damnit." Pepper said as she face-palmed herself.

"Don't act like drinking with me would kill you." Tony said, "it would." Pepper said as she got up. "You accepted the drink," Tony said. "I did." Pepper said as she was walking away "Where are you going?!" Tony shouted, too tired to get up and chase her "I'll be back." She yelled back as her voice faded.

Tony just quit at this point and sat In his thoughts. Suddenly he got a phone call, he quickly picked it up and put the phone to his ear "Hey Tony." Rhodes said through the phone. "Hey, Rhodey, What's up," Tony replied with a lack of interest.

"Did you watch the news?" Rhodes asked, "No why?" Tony said confused. "Nothing, Just someone leaking your address," Rhodes said with a certain tone. "What?!" Tony almost yelled. "Open your tv." Rhodes suggested, "You mean to turn it on?" Tony asked with confusion "Yeah, duh." Rhodes said as Tony grabbed the remote and turned on the news channel.

He put Rhodes on speaker as he was surprised at how they knew exactly where his house was. "We're right here in front of Tony Starks Malibu Mansion! Where we are waiting for him to come out!" The news lady said, "Hey, Rhodes watch channel 247, I'm about to come outside and give them a hello." Tony said, "Okay." Rhodes agreed as Tony put on his jeans.

He rushed out the door where he was flooded with reporters' questions. "Mr. Stark!" Plenty of voices called out. "Okay... Everyone! Quiet." Tony said, immediately stopping them from talking. "You can ask me questions... after I ask you one." Tony proposed. The reporters nodded their heads.

"How did my address get leaked exactly?" He asked after a few moments "Some guy commented it on the Tony Stark Fan page, we checked it out and your car was in front." A blonde answered, "damnit.. alright." Tony whispered he made a note to himself to never leave the car out.

"Okay! Mr. Stark are you and Pepper Potts dating?!" One reporter asked "I don't know, ask her" Tony replied simply, letting Pepper decide.

Just then Pepper looked through the blinds and quickly stopped. She ran upstairs so no one would see her, if they saw her here at night they'd find something to be suspicious of. Pepper couldn't risk that.

Tony was flooded with a series of questions, so he had to abandon the mission. "Well uhh... I have to go now," he said after answering a few more questions.

Finally, he went back into the house and looked for Pepper, "Jarvis! Where is Ms. Potts".

"Ms. Potts is upstairs sitting on your bed," Jarvis responded.

So, she's hiding? Tony thought as he went up the stairs and to his room. "Umm... Pepper..." he whispered and turned his lights on.

She was sitting on the bed, watching the news. She just looked at me after I walked in. "You ran away to my room?" He asked, "How do you even get your address leaked?". Pepper asked me "Some guy put it on the internet because they saw my car." Tony explained, but pepper couldn't take that excuse "You live on a hill, and this is private property, the only way they'd be able to see your car is through satellites... And even that way they couldn't see your plate." Pepper said, actually making a lot of sense.

"So you're mad at me 'cause this weirdo knows where I live?" Tony asked, with a hint of spite. "I never said I was mad at you Tony." Pepper said and curled up in a ball on the bed.

That was honestly so cute to Tony. "Good." He said

Now Tony's next thing was to figure out who leaked his address and maybe sue them.

But for now, he had to focus on Potts. He laid down beside her and cuddled her up.

Pepper was confused at how close Tony was to her but never minded it fell asleep, and so did Tony.
