Nova POV
Yesterday I left the hospital wing without permission. I knew madam pomfrey was furious with me.
Today was the big Quidditch game against Ravenclaw. I sat in the locker room everyone was surrounding Cedric.
" we are gonna win this game! We Just have to do are best and remember what we practiced! Now are we ready!!!"
" HELL YEAH" I yelled and everyone chuckled and yelled it with me.
" then let's go Puffs!"
The game was about to start. Cedric was the last one with me out on the felid. he winked at me and I smiled before as we took are places to start the game.
Professor potter gathered us around. The Ravenclaw chaser Randolph glared at me I glared back at him.
Potter blew the whistle and threw the quaffle up in the air. I snatched and spinned so I wouldn't hit Randolph who lunged for it.
I hear lee Jordan yell " Nova Black has got the ball, damn that girl is hot" I hear yelling McGonagall in the background.
I race to the goals passing it back and forth from Tamsin and I. She passed it to me and I went to throw it into the left goal to trick Grant quickly switched at last second and threw it into the right goal. He went to block the left thinking it was going towards there.
" 10 points for Hufflepuff from Nova black!" Lee Jordan yelled. I smiled at him.
It went back and forth it was
50 to 20! Tasmin and I were going back and forth scoring goals. Waiting for Cedric to catch the snitch.
I race down the field passing the quaffle to Tasmin. She was about to pass it to me when rabenclaw boy pushed her making her almost fall off my broom.
I zoomed up and and looked at Malcom. He looked at me and nodded he hit the bludger and it went straight for the ravenclaws broom making him loose control and slowly falling to the ground on his broom.
Tasmin passed me the quaffle I did what I showed to professor Potter, a while ago on are second day. I did a lay up and it went into the middle goal.
The crowed cheered. I saw the snitch right by me. Then I see Cedric close to me l and I had to twist out so I didn't get hit as he caught it.
" Cedric caught the snitch" lee Jordan yelled " another win for hufflepuff!
Hufflepuff crowed screamed and Cedric beamed and threw it to me " here yea go shorty"
I laughed and playfully punched him in the shoulder. He smiled and we flew to the ground and got off are brooms.
We walked back to locker room chearing. Some of the boys on the team lifted the girls up on their shoulders. I flinched when Cedric grabbed my waste.
He frowned and turned me around " are you okay?"
I nodded " yeah sorry, just jumpy" I nervously luaghed.
He smiled and grabbed my hips and lifted me up in his shoulders.
Before we hit the locker room I look at the stands and see Potter, Black, and Lupin smiling at me. I gave them small smile. I looked at the grifindore tent and found Potter jr looking at me with a sad smile. Is he mad I won the quidditch game or something.
I wasn't gonna let that bother me. We won!! And this year we are gonna win the quidditch cup!!
As I walked out the locker room when I showered and got dressed. I was embarrassed by blond girl I knew it was Luna I hugged her back
" you did awesome Nova! Come on let go celebrate!! There throwing a party in the hufflepuff common room for you guys!"
