Chapter 16- AB's Special Day(1)

Renze Adrian's POV

This day is indeed full of surprises. What I thought to be a boring day turned out to be better than expected. A lot of things happened in just a matter of hours.

I attended the class later than scheduled time, met my best friends who sabotaged me, and most importantly, met a mysterious girl whose identity is a bit familiar. Plus the fact that I was left with her by my couple best friends in the mall wherein I lost in Arcade for the very first time. Take note: Lost by a girl and that's another first time for me. Unexpectedly , we met the two individuals who are both connected to us. No other than our siblings who are seriously in a relationship for quite a long time already. Also, I heard the very first time my sister liked a girl visitor who, at first, was mistakenly identified as a human life-sized Barbie doll. hahaha. I still can't forget the reaction of everybody. Priceless! Those were my series of fortunate and unfortunate events of this day.

I suddenly jolted when I felt the vibration of my phone from my pocket. There, I received two text messages from my best friends. I opened Kendell's first.

From: Kendell Van

Hey Renze! How's your day? Did you enjoy it with Stella? Man! I didn't know that you two look good with each other. I mean, we saw both of you playing in the Arcade. Don't know what you talked about but I can sense it's very interesting. Mind sharing it?

I can't help but turn my head side by side. This guy was surely influenced by her nosy girlfriend because of the choice of words he used in his text message. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. Next message.

From: Althea Blaire

Hey! Renze! Kyaaaaah! You look good together with Stella! I'm your number one fan now Renze. Don't you dare reply me with "Tssss" or "Dream On Althea Blaire" because trust me, my instincts are never wrong. I know that you have chemistry and that makes me so sure that by the end of everything, you'll be together. Gaaaahhhh. I'm so excited when that time comes. Good night Renze Adrian Fiel.

PS: I didn't regret leaving both of you together because I believe that my plan worked. Even better than expected because the Odds Are Always In My Favor.

Believe it or not, I can imagine what she looks like while typing this text message. She really loves to mimic the way Effie Trinket from the book slash movie The Hunger Games while typing the last six words of her text message.

Well, just as I was about to keep my phone and prepare myself to sleep, I received another text message.

From: Sister Rienne

Baby Bro! I'm glad you met her already. Make her happy, ok? I know you're a great guy and I trust you. You may be curious of what I'm saying, but when the time comes, I know you'll understand me. Just don't mind what I'm saying baby bro. Have a good night Adrian. Always remember: Big sis Rienne loves you XOXO.

PS: Come on! Text her. Here's her number: 09xxxxxxxxx. I know you'll thank me for this.

This day is surely unexpected and weird. My sister often sends me text messages. Plus there's something in her message that's making me a lot more curious. Whatever it is, I'll just think about it tomorrow and ask her first thing in the morning.

Now, what will I tell her?

This is my first time texting a girl I met in less than 24 hours. You can't blame me if I don't know what to say.
