I can’t help my eyes stop from twinkling and sparkling as soon as my ice cream came to my possession. It really feels good to eat ice cream especially if it’s free. Hahahaha. Don’t get me wrong but this only guy beside me insisted to pay so I just grabbed the opportunity. When was the last time I ate ice cream? It was long ago since I decided to break any connection with THEM. Anyways, I shall not spoil my moment. I’ll forget about it now and start eating this delectable comfort food.
“Hey! RA! Thanks for this *points ice cream* :) You just don’t how much I love to eat this.”
“No problem SA! Glad you love it the way I do. Or maybe more than I do!”
“More than you do. Anyways, I was always wondering what if they’ll forget to serve this upside down? Do you think they will really give me FREE ice cream?”
“I guess they will. It’s according to their protocol. But so far, there wasn’t any incident that happened.”
“Yeah right! I better be the first one to try it.”
“Hahahahahah. You’re funny. I bet it will take you a lot of spending before you’ll be able to avail that FREE ice cream. Hahahhahah”
“You’re so mean. Can’t you just support me?”
“If that’s what you want, I can support you. Just tell me whenever it already happens *winks*”
Renze Adrian’s POV
After that curiosity mode of Stella, she continued eating her ice cream. I can’t control smiling while silently looking at her. This is the different side of Stella, though I barely know her. But based from her actions earlier, I guess her barrier has lie lowed. And I’m happy for it. At least we’d get to know her easily and become great friends with her. Althea’s idea of tagging here along isn’t a bad one at all even if they ran away from us and had their moment. She might have felt conscious when she suddenly stopped eating and faced me.
“Staring is rude you know?”
“Am I?”
“FYI mr, yes you are. Better stop it because I’m getting conscious in here.”
I just fell silent because I never wanted to admit that I was spacing out by staring at her earlier. She looks so serene and joyous while eating and somehow, I want to see her being like that and not the aloof Stella I just met earlier this morning. I stopped staring at her because I can really feel her consciousness towards me. I just finished the ice cream I ordered which is actually the same as hers. Who would have thought that we patronize the same kind of ice cream and ice cream parlor? That’s one thing we have in common. I don’t know what I felt but it seemed like I’m looking for more. And I’d be more than happy to find it out.
After what seemed like forever. Just kidding! Actually, it was after 30 seconds, yes you read it right. In just 30 seconds, don’t mind asking me how I knew about it, we both finish eating our ice cream.
“Where do you wanna go this time Adrian?”
“I was supposed to be the one to ask you that but you asked me first. To answer you, we could play play arcade. But if you don’t---”
“Arcade? *eyes twinkling with excitement* That’s cool! I know where is it best to play with it!”
