Althea Blaire’s POV
As soon as Renze left the room, another figure came inside this room. Gosh! She’s so pretty.
Everyone turned to look at her. I can’t blame them for noticing her. I, myself, admit that she has an enticing beauty that guys would mesmerize and other girls out there would feel insecure about it.
But there’s something wrong with her reaction. She’s actually not wearing a smile and tends to be aloof to everyone despite the attention drawn towards her. I want to know her better ‘coz the radar inme could sense that we could be friends.
“Hello there girl! Come! This seat here beside my friend is vacant. You can sit here since there’s no other available seat in here.”
“Ah---”
At first, she was hesitant to accept my offer but she had no other choice. There bare only two vacant chairs here, the other one’s for Renze while the one next to it is vacant so that’s where she ought to stay. As soon as she sat on her seat, I immediately sat on Renze’s chair and faced her.
“Hey! I’m Althea Blaire Renford” while extending my right hand.
“Stella Angelica Carlyle :)” she replied and accepted my hand.
“Kendell Van Mendel here! At your service!
“Nice to meet you Althea and Kendell”
“Same here Angelica”
Weird? How come she became stiff when she heard me call her Angelica.
“Ahm---Are you ok? Sorry I called you Angelica. Maybe you’re not used to it. I am---”
“No, there’s nothing wrong with it Althea. I’m just not comfortable being called using my second name.”
“Oh I see. I’m really sorry :(“
“No don’t be sorry”
“Anyways, let me repeat it as my dispense...Same here Stella”
Ohhh-EmmmM-Geeeeee!
“Whhhhaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!”
“What? Is there something wrong Althea?”Kendell said sounding hysterical while Stella gave me a what-happened-to-you look.
“Kendell! I can’t believe what I saw and heard”
“What is it?”
Did I just see her smile and hear her giggle earlier? I turned and faced Stella and playfully pinched her cheeks.
“She smiled and giggled at me. You’re so cute Stella! Whaaahhh! I made you laugh! Whahaaaa! An achievement to me. It’s---”
“What’s happening here? I just came out and now there’s a commotion going on. Oh it’s you again MissTery”
“MissTery?” all of us said in unison while giving Renze a what-are-you-talking-about look.
“Yeah. She’s MissTery. We happen to be classmates in the prior period plus we bsaw each other earlier. Wait! Why am I even bothering toexplain this to you? Do Iowe you an explanation?”
“Yeah right! Hey! (facing towards my nosy classmates) Stop listening to us! Go back to what you are doing.”
Right after that speech of mine, everything went back to how it used to bebefore this creature beside me made a great entrance. Earlier,he said he doesn’t owe an explanation to everyone,but he’s wrong if he thinks that I’m part of those whom he is referring to because I’m always an exemption, whether he likes it or he likes it. Hahahaha! *insert evil laugh Althea Blaire version*
