______________
Ginny, the crimson phoenix of death, sat on Harry's shoulder. Harry Potter without the Invisibility Cloak. Draco couldn't remember where they had left the cloak.

Maybe Ron and Hermione could keep it.
Cloak is a memorial that reminds them Harry Potter was real. To remind them that Ginny Weasley was real. To remind them that Draco Malfoy was real...

Draco noticed Ron's gasp.
He noticed that the twisting of the pink mist in the air stopped.
He noticed Harry's footsteps.

Harry had taken a step. Not in the way that Ron, Draco or Hermione wanted; a step to the door of the forbidden room.

Ron couldn't stand it.
He called Harry's name angrily.
Harry didn't come back.

How to convince Harry to go was a forbidden question. If it was asked, no one would have an answer to it. No one expected Harry to walk to his death by himself.

Ron called Harry again.
But Harry seemed to be holding Ginny's hand and letting his death phoenix take him wherever he needed to go.

Draco knew that Ron's shivering was not due to the deathly cold in the air.
Ron's muffled sobs made his voice sound fragile.

"Goodbye Harry..." Ron said.

Harry Potter was only a few steps away from the door to the forbidden room.
Draco was about to close his eyes when Harry turned to face them. Draco was sure this one was an illusion. He didn't hear Harry's voice through the commotion of pink, but he could read his lips.

Draco smiled.

"I'm happy," Harry had said.

Harry was happy.
Harry knew and he was happy.

Draco looked over at Ron and Hermione, who were hugging each other tighter than ever.
He smiled again.

He looked at Harry's footsteps. Harry closed his eyes as he took his first step towards whatever it was. The golden spot under his neck, the same as Ginny's spell, sent a terrible pain through his entire body. His eyes were closed but black spots blocked his vision. He tried to think of his mother. It hurt.

Did Harry experience the same thing with facing death? The pain and suspended feeling it had wasn't like Harry's behavior. Maybe because of the submission and peace, it blossomed from absolute pain.

For a moment, Draco's entire life passed through his eyes, and all his confused thoughts were silenced forever.

Maybe Harry had experienced the same thing.
