Song of this chapter: Empty note by Ghostly kisses
______________
His fingers were locked together. He put his hands between his knees. His mouth was half open and his knee was shaking nervously. The last thing he wanted to see was Harry's soulless existence, which was right in front of him. He didn't know how long Ron wanted to hold Harry in his arms. As if doing these things would bring him back to life. Or, like it is some kind of magic that would destroy the properties of the love potion.

Hermione was stunned at the entrance of the room. She had read the torn page from the love potion book thousands of times. Like a lawyer looking for a word in the law to save her client's life. Before this, Draco had searched for every single thing. He knew that Hermione wouldn't succeed. His stare at the entrance of the room was a seal of approval.

He hid his face in his hands. His exhalation let out a sob-like sound. He put his first two fingers on his eyes and got up. He had no balance and his steps were a little crooked. Who the fuck cares? He took Harry's chain and wedding ring out of his pocket and held it up in front of Hermione's eyes. Hermione's hands wrapping around the chain were more instinctive. When he noticed it, he slowly stomped his foot on the ground and looked at Ron. He wanted to get rid of Harry's wedding ring.

"I didn't even get to say goodbye to him." Ron's voice came from as far away as possible.

Draco couldn't take it anymore. The aura around the room was red. One moment his laughter filled the mansion, the next moment there was silence. To bring Hermione back to the real world, he waved his hand in front of her eyes. "What? Do you see Harry?"

"No, you don't. He's dead." and he answered himself.

He ignored Hermione's raised eyebrows and turned to Ron.

"Ginny cut him to pieces." He didn't understand why Ron was still holding Potter in his arms and wasn't saying anything. Ron's carelessness was easier to accept than the illusions caused by that golden spell. Was even his movements an illusion? He turned his neck as if he wanted to grab someone's wrist. Only Hermione was there. She was hugging herself because of her sadness.

The pink color wasn't there. He was sure that somewhere behind him was a mist or a pink cloud, and it was looking directly at Draco. The best description of it was color. The pink color walked calmly in the corner of Draco's vision and never showed itself. Maybe just that brief moment, along with Draco's anger, it had taken on the color of blood; but it was still pink.

He put his hand on the artery in his neck. He had to get rid of Ginny's mysterious spell.

"That pink is everywhere." he unconsciously said.

Maybe Hermione's scary look was also an illusion.

It didn't take him long to realize the truth. Draco was sitting on the same couch the whole time, shaking his knee nervously.

Hermione was angry.
"What do you mean about pink, Draco?!" she shouted.

He didn't notice that Ron reached out to grab Draco's arm and shouted, "The shape of a mist?! Like a cloud?!"

Draco nodded in agreement. The golden spot burned under his skin. The pink color covered his eyes and didn't let him see properly. This time it slid right over his eyes.

It was pink, thick and soft.

It wouldn't have seemed so bad if it hadn't blocked Draco's view. Even in a way... it was beautiful. He blinked a few times. When the blur cleared, Ron and Hermione were gone. He heard the sound of their apparate.

He looked at Harry. How good that he didn't understand this situation. He smiled faintly at Potter across the room.

A smile that was supposed to be reassuring; but it destroyed all hope.
