"What?" Harvey asked, seeing Mike wanted to say something else.
"Nothing. Just something my sister wanted me to ask you about."
Harvey saw the wheels turning. "Katrina's already working with Louis. Same people involved, different case all together, so the kid better have another request." He wasn't about to tell his associate that he was going to make it very difficult for the new hire to make partner after the way she was treating his people.
He didn't stand up for people publicly unless he was representing them in the legal capacity.
"Well, she did say one other thing, but that has to do with the Harvard secret. It can wait."
"Let's talk about it now... Listen, Mike. Should this blow up, anything dealing with that kid's future needs to be dealt with sooner rather than later. Especially if you don't want the Marshal's to take her away from you."

As Harvey thought of the ways the Harvard secret could blow up, Ava's upcoming murder trial was put on the back burner for the next hour. The client was more important in the eyes of the firm, but those in the know, would have understood and taken over until Meghan's future was taken care of.
"So, what happens now? She's old enough to have a choice in all this."
"Have you discussed this with Rachel?"
"I'd like to, but..."
"But what?"
"Rachel understands that Megs and I are a package deal, but we haven't really discussed our official status... Neal's FBI handler offered a while back..."
Meghan came in while Mike spoke. Her face read no sign of any wanted or needed progress.
"There's you, Donna, Jessica, maybe even Louis... although I'm not sure I like the idea of Megs learning Donna's tactics of manipulation." He continued as Meghan took the chair next to him. "She's already learned way more than I would have liked from our brother and his friends... One of his friends was a private investigator, which does have to do with my following question... did Mozz find anything?"
"He found evidence of permanently deleted files, but they weren't related to our client. Reconstructing said files would probably be impossible."
Questions ran rampant through Harvey's mind, like who was Mister Tabernacle? Who was this Mozz? Who were they researching?
"So, nothing."
"I didn't say that. But as far as our client is concerned, Cameron Dennis' video and photographic evidence do appear to be connected to each other. Mozzie's trying to clean up the imaging, see if we can get a better view of the triggerman, see if Ava recognizes anyone."
"Sure she's not in the image herself?" Harvey questioned as if baiting the teen.
"Not the type. Yes, she's willing to break laws to get the job done, but even a crook can have a conscience. I mean, the way Katrina Bennett got a job here wasn't entirely legal. Not trying to call you a crook, Dad, but you did breach client confidentiality because you told her what the client said right before the judge agreed with the ruling."
"You told her?"
"I didn't have to. She was working the case from my cubicle and Katrina was working here the next day."
"Fine. Mike, find someone to represent the other side. Someone Cameron would never think we'd go to. Meghan is going to stay in here for now. I want to know her opinions on what we were discussing before we go any further."
