After the Quinjet lands the three had had a two-hour flight to learn about each other. Peter's questions were the run of the mill "What's your favorite color?" or "What's your favorite food?" questions. Then Natasha and Clint's questions were more on trying to figure out things they should know about Peter. They learned that had allergies to mint and garlic and they learned that his senses were sensitive. Peter was also very smart for his age. Peter went on a long rant about how spiders were one of the coolest creatures on the planet, they didn't know why it was spiders, but they didn't didn't question it. 

Eventually they arrived at the Barton household. Well, Barton and Romanoff household. 

Walking out of the Quinjet Laura was surprised to see a child walk out with them, but when he started saying how he was excited to meet her because of Clint she couldn't help but be welcoming to him.  The adults did share a look though that showed they would speak about the whole "there is another child in the house that wasn't planned to be here, so something happened" thing. 

Once he walked into the house Peter looked all over the house. He ran throughout the house with Natasha right at his heels so that he wouldn't accidentally hurt himself while he scrambled through the different rooms. In the end he decided the library was his favorite room in the house because of the cool window and there was a cool ladder to reach the books on the higher shelves. 

When they rounded back around to the kitchen Laura asked him if he wanted to eat something which he eagerly nodded his head to before sitting down at the kitchen table and starting a conversation with her.

Natasha and Clint to this as a chance to leave so they went to the guest bedroom, that would now be Peter's room, to set it up. Clint went to the closet and chose red sheets for the bed while Natasha was making a list of things she would need to get for Peter when they went to the store. 

Not too long later they walk downstairs to see Peter eating a grilled cheese while rambling about his plans for making a rocket ship out of the mega blocks that were on the floor, one of said mega blocks currently in Cooper's mouth covered in slobber. Laura for her credit looked like she was fully engaged in what Peter was talking about until Natasha and Clint went down. Natasha walked over to the table and slid into the seat next to Peter and he smiled at her and started his rant all over again. Natasha sat there and listened while she took some of the fruit from the fruit bowl in the middle of the table and snacked on it. 

Clint walked to Cooper and scooped him up while simultaneously taking the block out of his mouth before sitting next to Laura at the table. They all sat there listening to Peter as he finished eating the sandwich, Natasha took note of the fact he struggled to finish the full sandwich, but he was openly speaking to all of them. 

After he finished eating Peter was taken to the store by Clint so that Natasha still needed to set her room up now since it's a permanent room now, not just the room she ends up crashing in after some missions. 

The longer car ride Clint didn't want to interrogate Peter so instead he took the chance to see what music Peter would enjoy. He played music from all genres and singers. There was AC/DC, Taylor Swift, Usher, Carrie Underwood, etc. but the songs that Peter seemed to enjoy were more eclectic. He was enjoying American Pie one minute then the next he was listening to Hells Bells, and Clint noticed Peter generally liked the older songs, but the newer pop music was something Peter could enjoy listening to. Clint couldn't say Peter's music taste was bad, he was honestly impressed with the kid.

When they did end up reaching the store Clint realized while he was there that Peter had a very short attention span. 

"Alright Peter, what do you want to find first? Hoodies? T-shirts? Jeans?"
