Intro to Characters
Yin - 28yrs old, slightly above avarage income household. older sister (ploy) and 2 younger brothers (bonz, prom). They have lived extravagantly, above what they could actually afford, due to their parents desire for their kids to live as comfortably as possible.
War - 32yrs old, belong to a rich family. Extremely rich family. An only child. List his parents since 8yrs old. Taken care of by his grand dad and his fathers only sibling, with 3yr old twin daughters(Yumi and Suri), the twins really helped in focus in 'the now', during that stage of his live. Lived reasonably humble despite their status. Their villages, just separated by a road. It takes 5mins of walking to reach each other's house.
How will their paths cross? How can they navigate through all these complicated feelings, relationships, challenges and responsibilities?
"Please, War. You can't be serious here' Yin begged, tears brimming his eyes. "How the fuck do you think, I'd feel huh?!?" He can no longer hide his anger, his frustration.
"I'm sorry, I was stupid. But I can't just leave her. I have to take responsibility for the baby" War looked defeated.
"You can take care of the baby, you and I can do it. You don't have to marry her. You know that. We are not living in the 80's Phi!" Yin exploded.
"I'm sorry, that's all I can say right now. I'm sorry" War broke down, legs weaken. He can no longer contain the misery he felt.
Yin immediately ran to him. Despite all these, Yin still cannot leave him. He will not let go.
"Baby, its okay. I'm here. I won't leave you. I love you" Yin kept repeating those words. Until they both fell asleep. Letting the night hit pause on their problems. Letting sleep and each other energize them, for the battle they'll face in the coming months.
