🦤Yin's POV

Just got out of the meeting, it's almost 6PM. I dropped them at the mall earlier and I went straight to the hotel for the conference.

Opening my car door into the mall's parking, quickly got out and looked for War and his cousins. I don't know why, but it feels like I am being followed.

You know that feeling of somebody looking at you intently. But looking at my back, there's no one there.

I reached the restaurant, it's the French restaurant that Jai's a partner in. We had dinner with light conversation.

"Okay tell me, why did you two suddenly visit me. There's something going on, spill" War said as he placed his hand on my thigh, I wrapped my arm to his waist.

"Daddy kept on pestering us. He wanted us to marry, but Phi!! We're still 26 years old!!!" Suri whined.

"Well, actually. You're 26 already. If the goal is to marry and have a family. You should be dating now, wait a few years to marry, then a few years a married couple then try having kids. There could be a lot to go wrong. So, it's valid, uncle's concern. Do you actually want too though?"

I nudged him "whaat?" he asked, I just rolled my eyes. He's a bit crass sometimes, some people want to share their problems not for them to ask for a solution but to just get sympathy.

"You should be forced to do things you don't want to do. That's very annoying" I said, looking at them.

The conversation continued on, we really had a great time. We then moved to the bar for a light drink.

🌿Fern's POV🌿

Ugh! I haven't bought Goy's wedding gift, and it's on Saturday! Why did I have to push it to the last minute. Fine, I'll just buy jewelry. I'll see Yin there, so it should be my opportunity.

Getting out of the car, I saw Yin's car park two cars away from. Thank you Lord!! Are you giving me a sign here?? Yessss!!!

I followed him inside the mall, he went into a restaurant. The gift could wait, I'm super curious.

Saw him approach two girls, they look alike but not really. One is very girl the other very edgy. There's another man where Yin sat next to, I can't see since Yin's blocking him.

Conversation looked light, ohhh maybe he's on a double-blind date. It doesn't look like Yin's in a relationship with them yet. The girls body language does not give off in a relationship.

The waiter arrived and I might as well eat here. After the wine arrived and the cheese board, I tried it. Wow the wine's good and great selection of aperitif.

While drinking, I heard Yin's laughter so before I was able to swallow I turned my head.

"acccch acch ach" I chocked on the wine and immediately, covered my mouth with the napkin.

I looked again, and I see it clear as day. Yin sat back, his arm around his shoulder, War's shoulder to be exact. War's hand clutching Yin's thigh.

They were laughing hard, and War was slapping his hand on Yin's thigh, Yin pretending he's hurt.

War soothed the area while continuing the conversation with the girls in front of him, what the fuck is going on here?????

I chocked again as I see Yin grab War's hand and slowly pushed it up to his groin. War pulled his hand and lightly tapped Yin's hand, kind of chastising him. Are they together??? WTF? YIN!!!

Yin used his other hand, and intertwined their hand, kissing the back of it before putting it back to his lap.
