We're walking to the office, since it's just a few minutes away from my place, we have plenty of time in the mornings. Today we decided to have breakfast in a newly opened coffee shop near our building.

Yin ordered for the both of us, he already knows what my usual coffee order is. He also bought a bunch of bread. Ugh I looove bread.

"What time will your friend arrive?" Yin asked, brushing off the crumbs that's apparently on my cheeks.

"His flight lands at 5:30 PM, he'll probably be in the condo between 7 and 8 PM. When did you say you'll meeting will end?" He have this big project, so he needs to complete that.

"8 PM and I'll go straight home. I still don't know this guy's name. What will I call him later" he said, drinking his coffee.

"I call him Yuzu" I finishing off my coffee.

"Like the Korean lemon?" that made me laugh and nodded yes. He looked amused. We cleaned off our table and went off to walk to office.

"Aooow, just because you guys have gone public does not mean we want to see all these lovey dovey moments" Yihwa bumped into Yin and grabbed his arm.

News really travelled fast, after we got back on Monday from the wedding, we saw a few fleeting glances in the office on Tuesday.

I also submitted my resignation letter that same day, I'm currently tendering my transition. At a director level, transition is 30-60 days, and I still have leg room to transfer to our company so I did the 60 day one.

"Count it, in 2 months you won't see this as often." Then she moved on my side, hugging my arm.

"P'Waaaar. I'll miss youuu" which made me laugh, Yihwa is not touchy but I know she's trying to irritate Yin.

"Hands. Off." Yin said, pulling her off me and pushing her out. l slapped his arm, he's so harsh.

"Yin! She's your team and she's a girl. Stop being so harsh." He just pouted and looked her with danger in his eyes.

We arrived at the building and Yin and Yihwa got off on the 18th floor and I went up to the 25th floor.

My day goes according to my transition plan, transferring work and doing the final projects that will be due within a month. Since I have my paid vacation leaves, I got to use a month's worth. So technically, I'll be working for the next 30 days and I can go on vacation.

Lunch time rolled and Yin text me that he has a lunch meeting at a hotel near our building. Had lunch in my office so I could complete everything before Yuzu arrive.

Before I leave for work, at 7:00 PM Yin called me.

"Baby I'll be in a meeting until 8PM, I'll just buy food so you don't have to cook"

"No, it's okay. We'll order once he come in. Not sure what he likes to eat. We'll wait for you to have dinner. Okay?"

"I'll be back home as soon as I get off work"

"Sure, I think you'll really like him." Oh did I give away too much?

"As long as he does not like you, we're good" which made me laugh. "Kay bye, I'll get out of the office now. Love you" "love you baby bye"

I arrived home and got a text from Yuzu that he just got in the car and on the way to my condo. He said he wanted Thai food so I ordered his favorites, Somtam, Tom yum goong, grilled pork and chicken for Yin and Mango Sticky Rice for dessert.

I also checked the guest bedroom if already prepped by the housekeeper and it's all good. He confirmed that he'll stay here until Monday morning and will fly to Phuket until Friday and stay here over the weekend before his flight back to Japan on Tuesday. He'll spend the rest of his vacation there.
