4th day - Evil Eyes

The terror continues, it never ends. The nightmare keeps haunting Lara and she never even knows when will it stop. It doesn't seem like it can be stopped. Lara never even knows what's going on anymore as she can't even process anything that is happening around her nightmares. She knows that they are giving her some clues of what they are supposed to mean but Lara just can't even process any of that, she can't even remember any sins that she did to those monsters that she's met or anything. She keeps thinking on what to do, what to observe but she doesn't even know where to start.

Lara just keeps looking up at the blank sky of the city that she's still in with her blank expression, laying down with her straight body. She's just laying down there, being lonely and overthinking. She's still somehow stuck in this current nightmare that she's having and doesn't know what to do to escape. She tried finding where the white door even is.

Lara just had her blank eye which is also reflecting the blank black sky above Lara with them. No expression, no movement, just thoughts. There was nothing else in the place that Lara got transported in, the first place and last place where Lara was sent in. Lara just keeps waiting while also keeps thinking. Lara is just laying down in the middle of the road, not even bothered by the cold ground, she's just there to keep waiting for something like a vehicle or something like that to run over her so that the nightmare could end or this could kill her but she doesn't care at all.

Lara keeps waiting and thinking, she hears nothing at all, there's was no sounds around the city at all, everything is just so quiet as if it's making Lara think that she's now deaf. She just wants everything to end, her suffering, her pain, her nightmares, everything that she hates from herself, she wants to end it all but to no avail since she's still alive. She tried praying and praising God before but it did nothing at all, praying for something impossible is just such a silly thing to do, ever since then she never even prayed a single time ever again and stopped believing in Jesus because nothing even happens to her, everything just always feels the same to her, she doesn't even get happy at all anymore just like what she's always wanted.

Lara just wants to be perfect, she wanted to be everything that she's always wanted; she always wanted her parents back, she wanted to feel happiness again, she wanted to have friends. A long time ago, the time when she still believes in Jesus, she literally tried so many times praying for something just like those things but nothing even happens, those wishes were never even granted. She once thinks that there's something missing, she thinks that she's doing it wrong, she thinks that she needs to sacrifice something. Thinking about that went wrong, she tried sacrificing her own happiness... and nothing happened, this just made her expressionless and this expressionless face that she has is just making the people scared of her. The next thing that she sacrificed is her voice, she decided to cut her own throat with the school's kitchen knife while the teachers noticed her doing this, she did this while doing a cooking project, she keeps thinking on what to sacrifice next before doing this. At the moment when she woke up on the hospital and finally lost her ability to talk is just when she realized that all her hard works are just wasted, completely wasted. She wanted to laugh to herself because of this but she couldn't since she sacrificed her own happiness and there's no way that she could get it back anymore. She sacrificed two things for and to nothing at all.

Lara's eyes widened while she also hears something appearing near her as she finally remembers why she cuts her own throat at that time. She sat up like a corpse, sitting up so straight while not even moving both her arms and legs, seeing the partially broken door being in front Lara, it appeared there with the moment when Lara finally remembers the memory. Lara keeps her eyes widen as she keeps thinking, maybe that was the memory that the monster that she met in this nightmare wanted her to remember, who knows? Maybe she wanted something else or something, Lara doesn't know but tried shrugging that off for a while and walks in the door, seeing the dark void world inside the door while once again seeing the axe on the ground in front of the door. Lara once again picks the axe up and closes the door before swinging the axe on the door, her visions black out once she hits the door with the axe as she finally woke up in the other side.
