It was the morning of the training camp. As predicted, I had stayed up all night reading and playing video games, so I got only four hours of sleep. However if I had gotten up when my alarm had gone of, I would have only had three. No regrets. I'd rather almost be late, have an angry brother and get an extra hour of sleep than everything to be peaceful and for me to be super tired.
Other people may disagree with that decision but never in a million years would I not take an extra hour of sleep in a situation like this one.
So, after I had finally awoken, I realised that it was five o'clock and I had to leave in ten minutes so that we could walk to the coach and be there on time.
It also took me a few minutes to discover this, so because of that I was left with eight minutes to change, brush my hair and teeth and also to grab my bag and walk out the door. Thank goodness I had showered the night before.
Firstly, I got dressed, which of course I had to keep doing stupid things wrong, as how things go when you're in a rush.
After I had completed all of my tasks, I ran downstairs just in time to leave.
Me, Kei and Tadashi left to walk and on the way I was scolded for not getting up in time, and when I had explained why, I was in even more trouble for staying up almost all night.
However, none of that mattered now because we made it on time, no we were five minutes early. I rushed so much and was then scolded for 'almost making us late' just to get here five minutes early and have to wait. How horrible is that, I hate having to wait, I get so bored and when I'm bored I start to get anxious and I start to fidget. Then because of that, people look at me like I'm crazy. Not good.
So to prevent this from happening, i sat down and rested against a wall with my eyes closed to help me hopefully, be less tired.
But then, I actually fell asleep.
When I woke up, I began to panic. I did't know where I was.
I'd woken in a dark room, it felt as though I was in a bed.
I sat up hastily, taking my phone out of my pocket to turn on the torch.
Once that was on, I got up and opened the door, I peeked through, but nobody was there. I turned off the torch on my phone and walked through the door.
I looked behind me and saw that the door of the room I had been in had a piece of paper on it that read "Female manager's room"
I was confused, was this some kind of unexplainable freaky dream?
I wandered down the hallway and spotted some other rooms. I passed one that said "Karosuno Boys Volleyball Club"
This confused me even more, were we in Tokyo already? Had I slept through the entire drive?#
I wandered further down to where I could hear the noise of volleyballs hitting the ground and people yelling.
I peered through the glass of the door, I saw people that I recognised, Kei, Yammaguchi, Kiyoko Yachi and all the other Karosuno team members.
I began to wander what was actually going on, but my thinking was stopped by three people who I saw running towards me, it was Kageyama, Hinata and this other girl with short blonde hair.
When they got to the doors they stopped.
"Oh hey Cho, what are you doing out here?" Shoyo asked.
"I don't know, I'm not even sure where I am or what's going on. All that I remember is resting my eyes while waiting to get on the coach and then I woke up here" I explained, confused.
"OK.... well I assume that you fell asleep for a while because this is Tokyo" Hinata told me.
It turns out, that exactly what had happened.
I had fallen asleep on the side of the road while waiting and Tadashi didn't want to wake me so he got Kei to carry me onto the bus and then I was still asleep when we got here so I was left to sleep in the dorm room.
It all made perfect sense now, but they could have at least left someone in the room for when I woke up so that they could explain what was happening, but oh well, too late to turn back now.
It took me a while to realise this but, why were hinata and kageyama here and who was that other lady?
I needed to know the answer to my questions so I asked Yachi and Kiyoko and they explained that hinata and kageyama had finished their tests and that the lady was called Saeko, she is tanaka's older sister and had brought them here after their tests.
She seems to be quite a nice person but also appears to be quite chaotic, but she is tanaka's sister after all. This was also proven by what Hinata told me about her driving, it wasn't exactly the most pleasant ride for them, but somehow, they made it out alive.
After everybody had eaten, we permitted to go to our dorm rooms but lights out was at ten p.m, so we had an hour and a bit till then.
I decided that I wold go shower and once I had done that, I braided my hair so that it would be wavy in the morning, just having my hair in its naturally straight state can get pretty boring sometimes, so I change it up every now and then.
Soon enough, my time before lights out was up.
It was quite a struggle trying to get to sleep though, because I had slept for so long during the day, my body wasn't ready for more sleep. But, eventually, I managed to get to sleep.
