My Sunshine (Waglington x Author)

Chapter One (Reilly's POV)

I walk into game-stop hoping to buy a new video game, I was getting bored of my old ones. To my surprise there was a really cute guy at check-out. He catches a glimpse of me and starts blushing. I wink at him and go to the PC section. As I browse I hear some quiet footsteps behind me. I tuck my light brown hair behind my ear and turn around, I couldn't help but smile.

"The Elder Scrolls games are pretty good, If you haven't played then yet," The stranger says in a soft voice.

"Maybe I'll give them a try some time," I smile, I could feel my face getting hot.

"My name is James by the way," He replies putting his hands in his pockets.

"I'm Reilly, Nice to meet you," I state, Staring right into his enchanting green eyes. My blue ones were nothing compared to his.

"Nice to meet you too," James grins, Looking at the floor to try to hide his pink cheeks. "Um, Reilly, Would you like to go have lunch with me, Like right now?" He asks flipping his dark brown hair to the side.

"I would love that," I answer, Feeling my heart skip a beat. His face had a look of relief as well as excitement. His British accent was enough to reel me in but him being a geek was what really made me fall for him.

"Alrighty then, Shall we go?" He questions, Walking slowly towards the door. I nod as I start to follow him, He holds the door for me as he unlocks his car, I had walked her since I lived so close. We both hop into his car, Shutting our doors at the same time. He turns the radio on immediately after he starts the car. Holiday by Green Day comes on and I hum along to it. James turns it up when he's sitting at a red light. I sing very quietly, Hoping the loud music will drown me out.
