"how are you feeling?" percy sat beside the girl who was tucked under his arm, tears dried on her face. she looked up at him with a sad smile.
"i'm doing better, thank you," she looked back to the television which currently was playing the old addams family movie, with christina ricci.
"for what?" he asked referring to the girl thanking him. she inched closer to him, feeling only comfort from the boy in this moment.
"everything. and i'm sorry if you ever felt otherwise," her voice saddened, too scared to look up at the boy behind her.
"hey, we don't need to talk about it right now," he ran his finger down her arm in a comforting away, sending chills down her body.
the girl only cuddled closer to the boy, the boy she knew she had gotten feelings for. the boy she knew she couldn't tell without ruining their friendship.
