     lillie sat on the couch, wrapped in emma's arms as the girl rubbed her thumb up and down her arm in a comforting manor.

jenna was pacing in front of them as they waited for percy to show up. jenna had called him previously, telling him he needed to get here as soon as possible.

all of them perched up as they heard three knocks at the door. jenna ran over, opening it quickly to reveal percy.

"what? what was so important that i just had to be here?" he asked, throwing his hands up, not being able to see lillie on the couch.

"just come in," jenna said as she dragged him into the house, his face softening when he saw the red eyed girl.

"lils?" his voice was just above a whisper, she got up from her place on the couch, walking over to him slowly before engulfing him in a hug.

he stood there in shock before wrapping his hands around the girl's waist, not wanting to let go of her ever again.

"what's wrong, lils?" he asked as they both stepped away, allowing a space to form in between them. he looked her up and down, finally noticing the bruise.

"who did that?" he asked, trying to calm his breath at the sight. he tried to stay calm but once he found out who did it, he wouldn't be so calm.

she looked down, bringing her arm close to her chest, rubbing her arm. she didn't look up at him as he sighed angrily.

"it was him, wasn't it?" he asked against but the girl didn't answer, she stayed in her same position. he looked over to jenna and emma who nodded sadly.

"that bastard."
