Hello, my beautiful little roses,

I am very excited to announce that The Mafia Saved Me is published on Amazon for purchase (paperback, and Kindle). It will also be published with ingramsparks which distributes to target, walmart, Barnes & Noble and many other places. The story has undergone major editing and revisions as it has been five years since first released on Wattpad. That means that the published version has some never before read extended scenes. Nothing too different but there are few changes in the overall writing/dialogue. As well as some work on plot and character development.

That being said...

Because of Copyright laws with my publishers I have to remove chapters from the story. I originally intended to have the old version remain on Wattpad but halfway through the editing process I was told I couldn't do this or I could get into huge trouble. The story has 70 chapters and is a little below 200,000 words long. Only the first part of the book is available to read for free (chapters 1-26).

To read part two you'd have to purchase the book. I do want to acknowledge that a portion of the proceeds made from the book will be going to combat human trafficking and femicide.

How can you all know how much we've raised? Well below I've detailed how this will work.

To make it simple I have created a gofund me where I will be putting in the amount of money we've raised. I won't be seeing any royalties until August or September so until now it will remain at 0 but once I have my royalties I will be posting on my instagram when I have donated the money, how much, and to which foundation. The fact that the entirety of the story isn't available on Wattpad might make some angry at me for keeping the story on wattpad but let me explain why..."The Mafia Saved Me" was first published here on Wattpad in 2018 and has gained a lot of support from my amazing readers who from time to time come back and reread and I can't just delete the story knowing past readers might come back and want to read the story only to find out it fell off the face of the earth. I don't want to just ghost them all without explaining what it is that happened.
By keeping it up I'm allowing readers the opportunity to first read my writing and decide if they wanted to buy the story.

Please do not be hateful or childish about this decision when a big reason I'm doing this is because I wanted to use my passion for writing, and my story to have a positive impact with the help of my readers (you guys) to help a cause I am passionate about and of which is a huge theme in this book. Being able to indulge in a romance novel, a mafia one at that which can often be a controversial genre in itself, and knowing your money is going to help combat an issues as big as human trafficking should not be something people whine about or complain. To be able to both read a toe-curling mafia story, and know a portion of what you spent on the book will help combat violence against women even just the smallest bit is, I believe a great way to show how we as a
reading community can help those who suffer from the abuses and themes which often arise in the genre dark romance, such as the ones mentioned in this story.
