Chapter 5 You..

Aki was about to walk to the balcony and then saw Angel standing on his patio " knock..knock" he said in a muffled tone knocking on the window in a rhythmic pattern. Aki's heart dropped and he jumped spilling a bit of coffee on his wine colored sweater. " Angel what the fuck are doing up here?!" Aki yelled in a stern tone." I flew up here, didn't you want to talk? no? ok b-" Aki grabbed his arm and pulled him in the house. " Yes I did you..you..lazy..shithead" Aki looked flustered trying to insult him. Angel frowned " Stop. fucking . touching me, I want to die, or...do you want to die to!?". Aki sighed " You need to calm down. Angel listen, I'm not scared of you. I'm not scared to touch you." Aki said still gripping on to his sleeve.

" Why are humans so annoying? I swear the-" Aki cut him off with a quick kiss and pulled back instantly.  Angel's eyes widened and he covered his mouth. " Aki...you." Aki cut him off and yelled " How much was taken off my life just now?" Angel looked away and tried calculating " about 8 days?" Angel claimed while messing with his hair. " I've been thinking about you and I can't get you out of my mind..I like you Angel, I want to say I love you but that word is too strong for now.." Aki sighed leaving Angel speechless and lowered his tenseness "How low am I stooping? How desperate am I to have such emotions for the enemy? What are my fucking standards?" Angel looked down at his feet and mumbled " What makes you think I think the same way? I hate humans, but Aki you..you..I- what is it about you?" Aki gave him an angered expression " What is it about you! tch, and you're the one asking me." The boys both looked away from each other, their thoughts were so loud it's like they could hear each other. ' I best get going.." Angel interrupted the awkward silence and Aki grabbed his sleeve " wait!" he looked back up to the redhead in front of him " wait here, I have something for you don't move" Aki then went to his room and came back with a bag. " hmmmm" Angel grabbed the bag and looked inside " Thin leather gloves?" Aki nodded and crossed his arms "Angel..I want to be able...I want to,I-" Aki fumbled on his words trying to not make him uncomfortable but trying to express himself.

Angel slipped the gloves on and wiggled his fingers " can we go out tonight, again? like we did before?" Aki looked back up and nodded " The movies?" Aki noded and angel gently yet trembling gave Aki a careful hug " I'll see you tonight..ok Aki?" Aki cracked a smile " Of course Angel" Angel pulled back quickly and they went separate ways to work to embarrassed to talk to each other.

Angel was waiting in the parking lot of the movie theater extra early.
