This is continuation in season 5 without a sad ending .
The the characters like Guinevere, Gaius, Gwaine, Elyan, Percival, Leon, and Lancelot do not die. Instead they are remembered for their bravery as the incident did happen but they just didn't die and some other guard took there place. EQUIVALENT EXCHANGE OFC 😌
However, characters like Morgana and King Uther remain dead.
And yes Athur knows about Merlin and his powers, also Arthur is still married to Guinevere since Lancelot didn't go through the incident.
