Paul was silent as Purple explained what he saw while in a conversation with Bonnie. Apparently, Kellyn was seen taking on and defeating Tobias and a few other rivals. Alain was the only one not to fight, but Ash did a mental count and was stunned. Kellyn handling that many strong people?
"How?"
"Well... Darkrai was the only pokemon to not work against him. But besides that, I don't know. He looked calm during it. But we have an upperhand now." Ash grinned.
"Right..."

Kellyn was silent as he looked at the note that was slipped to him by Alain. He male was acting shifty and Kellyn finally was able to look at the note.
"Give Ash the envelope."
He was glad he didn't open that then. He frowned as he went to find the Champion.

Ash smiled at Alain's letter. He knew the male hadn't fully submitted to a side and was now asking for a chat.
"Thanks Kellyn. I have a meeting to attend to."
